The room we got was not cleaned, everything was lying around in it. Towels in the bathroom, bed not made. Then we were given another room and it was gorgeous. I really liked the jacuzzi and the pool. Overall, the hotel is great

The outdoor pool is the only real highlight of this hotel. My children enjoyed it very much, and it was a great space for them to relax and have fun. However, aside from the pool, the hotel facilities are quite average and do not meet the expectations for a property at this level. Notably, no complimentary drinking water was provided, which was inconvenient, especially when staying with children. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel restaurant was extremely negative. After check-in, I received an email clearly stating that breakfast at Restaurant Le Bisco was $25 per person, while Restaurant & Bar Le Kube was $30 per person. The next morning, I followed the hotel signage and brought my children to Le Bisco for breakfast. When the bill arrived, I was charged $33 per person, with a mandatory 15% gratuity added. This was particularly frustrating because the waiter provided almost no service — he did not ask if we wanted coffee or tea, while guests at nearby tables were offered both. When I questioned the price, the waiter claimed that the $25 breakfast applied to a different restaurant, which directly contradicted the email I received that clearly listed Le Bisco as $25 per person. I eventually had to involve the front desk. While the front desk staff resolved the issue and refunded the overcharged amount, the experience left me feeling misled, unfairly treated, and extremely uncomfortable and discriminatory treatment.

The heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and the game room, were great for my kids. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean with comfy beds for sleeping. Nice bathrobes in the closets! Breakfast was pretty good. Only feedback would be to improve the quality of the coffee at the breakfast restaurant, it wasn't very good. The lobby coffee machines were not working well (out of milk) and the person I told at the front desk didn't seem to think it was his problem.

Room was fine. Could use bigger toiletries bottles. Soap was not available for us in the bathroom. Got an extra body wash in place which is fine but the body wash bottles are really small. Hot tub was nice pool was too. Would be nice if the other tub there was also running. The is hotel is my favourite place to stay.
