The heated pool, multiple hot tubs, and sauna were wonderful. We loved having the hotel robes to use to walk to the pool and back. The duck pond was also nice. Rooms were clean.

The place is truly impressive — featuring a beautiful garden, a pool, and even real trees on the 10th floor, which feels like a miracle! The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. Self-parking is conveniently located beneath the hotel. The only drawback is the lack of clear signage on the ground floor. It would be helpful to have a large sign directing visitors to proceed to the 10th floor, as well as another one indicating the way to the garage elevators and the Underground Citi area.

Did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Strange entrance to the hotel.which is on the 10th floor & was given a room on the ground floor. Black walls all over, inside the room, black doors, dark corridors makes it very dreary looking. Not very inviting. Got suddenly woken up at 7:00 am by construction drilling noises, really not pleasant at all. Took some time before the hot water came out of faucet. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Wouldn't stay there again & would not recommend this hotel. Glad I was only there 1 night. Much preferred my stay at the Marriott Chateau Champlain.
