Great hotel
Great staff
We had a suite on the 26th. Nice spacious size for 3 people at a reasonable price. The location is excellent. The free wifi worked well. However, the walls are not well insulated so you could clearly hear next door and the hallway's conversation and noise. The furniture and furnishings are old. The toilet flushing system didn't work properly. They couldn't fix it despite several attempts so we had to put up with the annoyance. The pool/hot tub closed early one day for no reason when we tried to use it. Some of the TV channels also flickered and unusable, and they couldn't fix it.
Good location. We walked to Mount Royal, the Redpath Museum, and several other places. The staff was very friendly and had good restaurant advise. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Be warned though, the pool is outside so it was closed in Feburary.
I didn't like the fact that I was charged $519 for a Friday night and the remaining nights would have cost $445 per night and that was not what I saw on your website when I made the reservation. I was very disappointed and never plan to reserve hotel or airfare from your website.
I didn't like that I have stayed here 4 times and they did not know that. I got a lousy room right across from the elevator and they were going to charge me $20 for an extra hour of checkout. The bar is deadly quiet. This place has no soul.
Room was dirty. Paid a lot for it. Great location, but overpriced hotel.
We loved the location and the staff was excellent. The biggest complaint we had was that the beds are too small. We're a family of 4 with 19 and a 20 year old sons. The double bed rooms should have queen size beds.
Customer Service fantastic and had a great outdoor pool
Love this hotel! Staff were friendly, helpful, and responded to my requests quickly, Room was big and comfortable. I like the location of the hotel too. Very close to Mont Royal Park, McGill University and the Art Museum. Plenty of dining choices, can walk to many fun places downtown. Highly recommend.
Great, responsive staff. Very happy with our stay!
Everything was superb..personnel were competent and pleasant
It close to a lot of sites and airport. The furniture was somewhat dated.
Beautiful property! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Lovely room. Would stay there again
