I really liked the friendly staff, all of the pools, rooms were very clean and neat. The food was amazing for an all inclusive. I loved the nightly entertainment. It's a bit far from the airport (about 30 to 40 mins) but it was worth it!

The resort offered us a $600 resort credit at time of purchase. When we arrived they gave us $600 worth of $10 coupons. That not a resort credit and at check out we realized that hadn’t even allowed us to use the few coupons we utilized. Their up charge system is fraud, we had purchased about 7 bottles of wine, but got charged for 12 wouldn’t provide signed receipts and wouldn’t give you recipient when u were buying. Diamond status at the resort is meaning less don’t spend the money i saw my butler twice in the whole week and the only answer he ever gave me was a no. Had friends with us with out a diamond status and they got the same service, maybe actually better and went to the same restaurants.

Hotel was nice until an influx of guests resulted in food not being available. I barely ate the remaining 3 days of my stay. I didn’t like that the buffet was moved to a new location without proper notification and I didn’t like being forced to sit at a group table when my party was for 2.

I have been to Royalton 3 times already (Mexico & Jamaica). A little disappointed with the stay this time though. We didn’t have water two nights in a row, our AC had a lot issues cooling. The pool closes super early even before the times stated on the signs. WiFi no so reliable. Food could be better. Nevertheless beautiful resort.

I enjoyed my stay. Restaurant were good not great. Got swim out suite and it was nice, but wish it would swim to a bar so I could have used it more. I also wish there was better options of drinks. Everything was very low end liquors and one kind of beer. I wouldn’t recommend upon the things I listed above but the resort was clean and very eye appealing.

We had ants upon arrival in our room, we were finally moved after waiting hours to hear a response from hotel staff. After moving rooms, the ants still surfaced. We also ordered room service & did not receive it until 3 hours later. Everything else was awesome about our stay. I would say be prepared to bring Lysol wipes or bug spray & don’t order room service just eat at all the dining options. Which there were plenty of dining options and some staff members were very friendly & willing to help which made our overall stay a good experience.

First and foremost the hotel is nice and clean. The majority of the staff were very attentive to our requests. However, I reserved and ocean view with a king bed and they were unable to fill that request. On my third day of the seven day visit, I received a notice from the front desk to go see them. They sent me to the concierge area. After they spoke with their supervisor they said they made a mistake and my name must’ve slipped through the crack and that’s why I did not get the room that I requested. They said they were able to move me after everyone else checked in for the day. Unfortunately, I was at the resort for a wedding and that was the day of the wedding. The food in the restaurants was mediocre. Five of our seven day stay we did not have any hot water to bathe/shower and/ or zero water pressure. It did not matter what time of the day you attempted to shower. We were a large group of about 30 adults and we all had the same issues. When we approaced the staff they were aware of the water issue but we’re unable to do anything about it.

Had a very good experience. If you're diamond club get Lavardo and Julio as butlers they are the best. First time in Jamaica and had a blast.

Was an amazing experience! Really nice staff, clean beaches (I stayed in the blue waters) loved the perks of diamond club, certainly recommend being the diamond club member. I recommend the blue waters hotel, very modern.

Nice beach and pools. Nice selection of restaurants but bars but restaurants are always out of something. Many Advertised inclusion not received. busy on weekends when they fill rooms. Buffet is expressly busy and hard to get food at times. Most staff is friendly.

Very nice resort, staff was very accommodating however they need more staff. Room service and food at restaurants is a bit slow. The mattress is a little uncomfortable but not too bad. Make sure to pack insect repellent the sand flies get pretty bad if it rains.

It was wonderful , the staff was very friendly all about the hotel was great def coming back to have a beutiful vacation
