I like the property, clean and beautiful. Did not like that he wifi barely worked. Poor wifi connection

The most wonderful place to stay! They make you feel like family! We have stayed at this resort 6 times it feels like home❤️

holiday inn exceeded our expectations..it was a $30 taxi ride from the airport..check in took about 20 minutes..our room was in building 2 floor 4 facing the pool and entertainment stage..got to see all the wonderful shows right from our balcony which was pretty cool! spent 6 nights here and was able to enjoy all their restaurants..our favorites were Sorrento(italian) and Kenkos(japanese & have to pay extra $25 per person but was worth it)!! the jerk hut on the beach was also amazing..went there twice for lunch to eat jerk pork and jerk chicken! breakfast buffet every morning..the smoothie lady does a great job..we had lunch buffet and dinner buffet a couple of times as well it was very good! got to be friends with our waitress Camille..she was the sweetest lady..always went out of her way to make sure we were happy..always had a smile on her face!! we also ate lunch a couple of times at the barefoot grill..burgers and fries..very good..plus they have a nacho bar and ice cream hut on the beach too!! the property is huge and they have tons of chairs and huts so we never had a problem finding a place to lay out..the beach and water was beautiful and the ISLAND was very very cool...can just walk right out to it!! the drinks were plentiful and tasty..never having to wait to long to get them..lots of staff members always working and cleaning and saying hello..casino was cool..gift shop is nice...minature golf is nice!! the only thing that was upseting was it rained 3 days !

Wasn't able to use the paddle boats or kayak for some reasons staff wasn't sure to say why.

It is very close to the airport. The restaurants, The Terrace and the Sea Breeze were nice. However, a reservation is needed and you have to pay at Sea Breeze for your meal. My room was a nightmare. We were relocated to a Jr. Suite, the room was nicer, but there was a foul odor that would not go away. Especially, when showering.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is gorgeous. The rooms are outdated, very small bathrooms. Not much of food variety and quality.

Older property but maintained staff was very friendly

First let me start with the staff. Most of them seem to not know what customer service means. Especially the ones at the front desk. They talk like robots and don’t try a bit to help with any requests. We came there with our 4 months old baby and needed a fridge in our room to keep her milk cold. No effort were made to get us a fridge even though they claimed over the phone before our stay that it shouldn’t be an issue. Second, they have this rule where you have to make reservations 24 hours in advance to eat at the restaurants on the property (not the buffet) which is fine but you would hope they will make an exception for the day you actually check in or tell you ahead of time via email so that you know to make that reservation before landing in Jamaica. Third, the beach towel always have stains on them. They need to get new ones or do a better job at cleaning them. If you have space in your luggage then bring your own. The rooms are clean though. The buffet is a hit or miss. The only restaurant worth going to was the one that serves Italian food (we have not tried the Japanese one). The place is very kids friendly. The pools aren’t deep which is safe and even the water at the beach is shallow. The shows at night were mostly good to watch.

I have been coming here for years and I love the ambiance very affordable and most of all the staff was amazing the dining room staff remembered me and welcomed me back I truly felt at home.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The best staff and service. The food was superb with so much varieties. Thanks to Arlene from the spa for a relaxing massage. She was so pleasant and made our stay most enjoyable. For Guess relations the staff was so courteous and to Mrs Siddyann who was kind enough to get me some spices I was looking for, thanks again. Thanks for going the extra mile in customer service. I will definitely recommend and visit again. 5/5. service. Just a suggestion, can you put on your site an option for selecting if you need a refrigerator in your room. I believe that would eliminate having to request one once a customer gets there. Thanks
