One of my best experince ever. We enjoyed our stay at the resort.
My wife and kids really enjoyed it. Will definitely return.
We love visiting! We will come again to take the kids to the beach!
This was my 3rd time staying. The hotel is a nice getaway and kid friendly. Food was good but would've liked to have a little more variety on the breakfast. We were disappointed that there was no Jamaican beef patties available(maybe work out a deal with Tastees patties). Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was tight-style of door. Had a good view of the stage(minus two tree branches)so I could watch the shows at night
No hot water for 4 days in shower. CALLED and went to front desk and we were told they'd move us the following day. It never happened. I asked for a manager to get a hold of me. DIDN'T happen til the night prior to us checking out. Our room was filthy. Looked as though someone went to the beach and attempted to bring it back to the room. Muddy footprints on floor. DIRTY bath tub. We then called and visited front desk. They assured me again a maid would come clean it. (730pm) by 10pm no maid! MY husband then went and tracked one down himself.
Pleasantly surprised at the facility, very clean and staff very helpful. We were there for a short stay and did not experience much of Montego Bay outside the resort
Unorganized late check in. No immediate follow up with lodging problems. This hotel has declined with service. It seems as though they overbook rooms and cannot handle the large volume of customer. Guest should not wait for 6 hours to check in and lose valuable time on vacation. The hotel needs to hire more front desk staff
Overall great experience. Good food and nice entertainment at night.
We only stayed a few days BUT it was awesome! Plenty of activities for everyone and good food selections. The beach gets crowded early but if you're lucky to get a spot it's cool to just hangout in the sun looking out at the sea. The rooms where nice and clean but we didn't get maid service until almost 5 in the evening. I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel staff was friendly but not necessarily willing to help. We paid for an ocean view room which we received but turned out to be right in front of the pool on the 2nd floor, which was horribly busy and very loud for us traveling with our children. The shows and parties went on very late and pool life starts very early. We requested a room change, which was granted only after some begging, only to have a room which was not ocean view, so we lost out on money paid for the upgraded room upon booking. Also the room we exchanged to had a poor setup, the toilet was leaky, shower curtain had no liner, which I repeatedly asked for and never received. Every time we showered there was water all over the bathroom and hall floor. Also the balcony door was jamming and locked on occasion on its own if the door was closed a bit too aggressively. Overall the stay was ok but we will probably not return unless necessary for financial purposes.
Repeat customer. Never disappointed. Excellent price and excellent quality.
This was my second time at the hotel...the staff was amazing as the first time. I had an extra person that was not listed on my hotel room, they were very accommodating they added him and just charged for an extra person. My kids loved the inclusive part as they ate plenty of food and had slushies as well. The ride out into the Ocean on the sail boat was AMAZING...breathtaking views :)
there were 10 of us to celebrate my sis' B-day.. Over all the trip was really fun. WAY too much happening at the stage late at night, if you are in buildings 1 or 2 be prepared to be up until 1:00 am or later.. Don't quite understand why there had to be something going on every night.till the late hours. we were ALL tired from the days activities.. Food was good, small buffet, but tasty.Only really one beach to really get in and that is the one by the Island. Very shallow, good for kids. Some snorkeling on the East side of Island when not NOT windy, cause the waves bring in the sand, very cloudy. Mario the lifeguard, said better not go to the North of the Island unless you are strong swimmers because of the waves. We met very super people! Always willing to do anything for you or just to sit and chat. The bellman, the grounds keeper (7 ) he wanted to be called. All the bartenders were great! Inside bar (lobby) fantastic. Too bad the beaches are full of sea grass and comes to the shore all day long. Leetan who cleaned our room? SO sweet and left flower animals every day... But all in all I believe we had a good time. Can't speak for all the others but I will be back to Jamaica Mon.. in fact coming back in March. But going elsewhere, just because of the beach.
The resort was as expected: clean, safe, reasonably priced, good food, well maintained. A great place for families with young children, always something going on,kids activities etc as well as an adult pool with swim up bar and adult beach section. I was particularly impressed that when I reported my hairdryer had broken, was replaced immediately!! Good wifi and TV!!
Overall my stay was great, great staff.very polite and friendly.
I loved everything about this hotel. Hotel was very clean, staff was great. Also the view was breath taking. We sat at the bar an received great service from every bartender. The activities are a plus to access as well. Everything you need is right on the hotel grounds. I definitely plan on coming back!!
This place was amazing!!! It was clean staff was super nice and outgoing!! Defiantly going back! The food was great and the all inclusive was amazing!
This experience was better than we expected. The food was unlimited and not to mention the alcohol. If we we were ever hungry at anytime that was up to us because there was always food to eat all over the resort. We did activities that we never even thought of doing when we were planning our trip. Snorkelling was so much fun and also sailing. We are definitely looking forward to have a family trip to the resort sometime in the future. This resort was awesome!!!
