Horrible. This was not a true ALL INCLUSIVE, too many services required additional payment. WiFi was at an exorbitant cost and the in room safe was at a high price also. The beach restaurant did not deliver on the services advertised; their A la Carte from 11 am to 12 noon was non existent. There was no mini bar in the room and no coffee set up

My wife and I picked the grand Bahia for our vacation and we couldn’t of had a better time! We spent a majority of our week relaxing at the beach by the resort then hanging out in the pool. Plenty of indoor and out door food and drink spots. We loved the jerk chicken at lunch! The resort is only about a 20 ride to Dunn’s river falls and Ocho Rios for shopping etc. we’ll be back!

We had to ask for wash cloths multiple days. Room was not supplied with the minimum 2 coffee with creamer and sugar and when I asked, house keeper simply said I don't have more. Room was not properly cleaned, did not smell fresh. Water was frequently not replaced in mini bar. Close to the end of dinner time (15 minutes before it ended) workers started packing away the food. At the end of breakfast coffee is cold and when I asked for it to be warmer I was told we are out at this station. I had to get a manager to get hot coffee. The drink of the night was finished at 8:50 p.m. and not refilled even though dinner ends at 10 p.m. The culture was observed to be, workers started to pack up 15 minutes before the allotted time for both dinner and breakfast ended and then workers stared setting up or thee next gathering. Even garbage containers are moved through the dinning area while people are eating. Large garbage pails simply covered by a table cloth carried on these carts through the dinning area, a reason to loose your appetite.

I have stayed in many hotels in Jamaica. This was my third visit to this hotel I stayed on their new luxury side. It is their adults only section if you’re traveling without children I highly recommend There new luxury side. If you’re traveling with children you won’t be disappointed either they have built a great new fun park for the kids. The staff was incredible everyone was so friendly and so helpful. Their buffet had the best selection of food. There restaurants are also incredible. if you’re looking for a great Jamaican experience this is the place to stay.

Food had quantities but no quantity. Everything tasted the same.

This hotel is one of the worse resorts I have stayed at. The staff members were rude. The resort ran out if most of the alcohol. The food is gross and never hot. I wouldn't go back. It was my first time to Jamaica and it kinda ruined me wanting me to go back.

Everything was lovely I enjoyed myself. The food was great, rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant. It has its own beach, several pools, multiple restaurants. I really enjoyed my vacation

Misleading ad about hotel. Room service poor, you have to tip to get basic items like wash cloths and to replenish refrigerator. The guys in restaurants are more personable than ladies. Tv out of service for two days and was told cable service was down when the cable cord was unplugged. Very disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Bahia principe. The food was great and the service was too. It was a wonderful experience.

The food was OK, bathroom had mold, the kids rooms were to have two double bed as my children are two boys and one girl. Only a king bed was in the room they made promises daily to bring a bed to the room.. They never did,.my daughter had to sleep on the couch for her entire 5 days stay. You only get Wi-Fi for free in the lobby and most time you are not able to connect to Wi-Fi. If you do decide to buy Wi-Fi you must buy the 7 day package even if your stay if shower than that and it's 15 US dollars per day.. Shantee Currie was a awesome staff she tried to assist us as best she could,alothough she work for a different section of the hotel..... The structure is vet nice, but the running of the hotel definitely needs improvement .

My husband got food poisoning. Need better food options restaurants are too far away from rooms bar has only lowscale liqueur unappealing. My mom feet hurts just because of the long steers she has to take part of the time the elevator wasn't working either

There is a large selection of foods and drinks. The selection is very delicious especially at the specialty restaurants located around the resort. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but as always, there are a few who can be rude. Check-in was lengthy and a very upsetting part of my stay. After the long check-in requirements,the hotel messed up the two rooms I had booked but were able to switch them the following day. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated but there were cockroaches. I found a total of three within the two rooms I had booked. But the pest control staff were able to help by offering there services in my room. The beaches and pool were great. The activities the hotel offered, including nightly entertainment, were pretty good.

Overall the trip was pleasing. The room was comfortable. The grounds were well kept. The entertainment crew was very friendly. The food could have been more flavorful but all in all it was good- pretty good selection. The only problems that occurred were 1. The lobbyseemed understaffed. Check in was delayed and often there was no one available to answer questions without you waiting 10 - 15 minutes in line. 2. Housekeeping seemed to.always run out of towels. Three days out of a 5 day stay I had to request towels because there were none left after housekeeping cleaned the room.

We enjoyed the food, the staff, and entertainment. We booked our restaurants early so we had no issues on reservation. Also we liked the buffet. The buffet had a different theme each night; Mexican, Canadian, Italian, and Jamaican. Every day there was Jamaican food available. Breakfast and dinner. And of course all the drinks you want. Kids are free and they will have fun at the beach, pools, and water park. There are kid shows too. Finally, we like the price. We recommend it.

Marlon the executive manager makes everybody felled welcome. The staff is extremely friendly and accomadatimg . We have been there several times and every time we leave we are extremely satisfied and have a great vacation.

Nice. Comfortable. Only thing I saw several roaches during my stay inside my room and once at the Steakhouse restaurant near the buffet table by the food.

Our room was not available until 6pm the day of check in and when we finally got to the room an hour later the room was still not ready ( no linens on the bed, no towels in the BR), the housekeeper told us she was waiting on the linen to arrived.

We booked for a double room but was given a king bed instead for four persons and was told that no double was available at this time. We request to have a rollaway send to the room but it never arrived. Two days later we were transfer to the double room ,the next day we notice a water leak coming from the light fixtures above the toilet and call for service. Several maintenance workers came up over the next five days but the leak was never fix during our stay ( one worker put a towel in the ceiling to stop the leak). We have to use an umbrella when using the toilet.

The property appears as advertised but even though it's a fairly new property it could use some updates and general maintenance. The elevators are extremely small and " HOT". Carpets in the corridor smells The smell of stagnant water in my room shower as well as out in the public areas. Could use some form of humidifier in the rooms. Positive, the staff

I have stayed in many hotels in Jamaica. This was my third visit to this hotel I stayed on their new luxury side. It is their adults only section if you’re traveling without children I highly recommend There new luxury side. If you’re traveling with children you won’t be disappointed either they have built a great new fun park for the kids. The staff was incredible everyone was so friendly and so helpful. Their buffet had the best selection of food. There restaurants are also incredible. if you’re looking for a great Jamaican experience this is the place to stay.
