Upon check-in, the line was very unorganized, and people kept cutting ahead. The front desk also did not give me towel cards at check-in, and I only found out I needed one when I went to get a towel. I had to go back to the desk just to get a card. The room looks very outdated and worn. The faucets are loose, the conditioner was empty, and the phones do not work. I complained about the phone, and the maintenance staff took it, saying they would replace it, but no one ever came back to do so. The food is just okay; it tastes the same every day. On the positive side, the pools are very well maintained, and the beach is beautiful. However, my girlfriend felt a little unsafe because a man kept trying to sell her something.

It was huge and beautiful any and everything you can ask for.. only issue i had was when we asked for the shower head to me fixed on two occasions no one ever fixed it so we forth for 5 days with a broken shower head that kept leaking plus our phone in the room did not work for two days and we had too keep going to the front desk

The resort was nice and clean but when it comes to the food they should have more options to go eat besides the buffet. Also they should let guests know they need to make reservations for the other restaurants the day they check in. They did not tell us so we didn’t get to experience the other restaurants beside the buffet only. Other than that, the staff was nice and the property was safe and clean.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. I had two rooms booked and requested connecting at time of booking however was only none were available. We had to wait over an hour for our rooms to be ready only to get to our rooms and the floors were visibly dirty. Ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking with poodle of water on floor. Needed soap and towels, Mini refrigerator not stocked. Could never get through to front desk via phone in room so each over the first three days I had to keep going down to the lobby to address these issues. Food especially in the buffet and drinks could be better. Lacking activities at the resort to keep families engaged and entertained. Overall was disappointing

Our stay at Bahia was amazing! The staff was great and there was so much activity for the family to get into. I particularly enjoyed the kids club that kept my son busy with fun activities for most of the day, allowing my husband and I to spend the day together without any worries. My family and I really enjoyed our time here!

This was my spouse & I third time staying here after a four year absence. The food was still delicious, the beach is private and the water temperature was just right. The Dinner and service at Don Pablo was excellent. I want to give a special thank you to our waiter Derek for his patience. I wish to recognize a manager named Antonio who mantained excellent crowd control, around 8pm at the Round Island Food Market on Tuesday, July 15th. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my waitress touching my napkin at The Knife on Friday, July 18th. If management is teaching this procedure, please note it is disrespectful and not appreciated by us Americans. As maybe she thought she was helping? I found it extremely unsanitary. Please retrain and correct!

Room was not cleaned or prepared until 4 hours after our 2nd complaint. Construction noise from 11:00pm - 2:00am then again at 0700-1000 am. Staff was not helpful. Hallway floors had the same stain on it our entire stay. 100% would not recommend

Overall, I liked being in Jamaica. The resort was beautiful but lacking nightly entertainment. It was very hard to get reservations if any to the restaurants. Views from our rooms were limited to the back of buffet buildings or partial pools. The steps were everywhere. Being in my late sixties, it was not excessable to the small beaches. Check in and check out was not welcoming . No smiles or great interactions. Information was lacking. My room was nothing to brag about. Bed was very uncomfortable and the television was, well broken, it was actually taped together to the connector. But the hotel was very beautiful.

We, a family of four, enjoyed our visit, we were wondering though about the decision to have live music outdoors until late in the night, one day as late as 11pm, with kids at 6 and 8 and music so loud that makes the next day a little rougher than necessary. Either have live music indoors or in a place not leading right into balconies/rooms where some inhabitants might want to go to sleep earlier than 9:30-10pm.

Dishes left everywhere all day/overnight all over the property which attracted flies, the ac cover fell off the wall kept calling front desk and maintenance no one would come to put it back, we didn’t have enough towels spent half the trip calling front desk to send more towels (took 2 days), we had no soap in our room, there was roaches in the bathroom of 1 of the buffet restaurants, the food options we really only American and European at the buffet not much Caribbean flavours or fusions. Kids club and area was good (they send you pick throughout the day), pools were decent, beds were comfy, entertainment was hard to catch because dinner was 7-10 and had long lines and kids shows would be at 8-830 so you’d have to rush through dinner just to make the show and if you didn’t get there early you’d have to miss dinner or ask to take it to go in a napkin because you couldn’t leave with plates. Some staff did not know where the bathrooms were located. The beach sand had a lot of good sized rocks where you’d have to wear shoes basically all the way to the water where the chairs were. And if you don’t download and sign up for their app you can’t get any info (prices, events, staff, etc) without walking all the way to the main lobby. And the wifi didn’t work I had to use roaming the whole time
