The beach was really nice. The hotel is outdated and could use some maintenance. Air conditioning barely works and they should spray for mosquitoes. The food is ok, a lot of repetitive items. We couldn’t get reservations to all restaurants during our 5 night stay. The alcohol beverages included is a poor selection. I would not choose to stay at this resort again.

Nothing unique and that is not been negative What I did not like : you get excellent service but it’s so obvious that the staff is fairly new ( you can see that they want to keep their job) but the more “season” staff are not the same and the difference is very obvious

I loved the hotel . It is big and nice and beautiful. .I did not like that it was not close to to where I could get local stuff to buy. It was like in the middle of a desert.

All I have to say is that they need to be more attentive on the maintenance of elevators near restaurants /pool area , there was an awful smell (moisture, moldy smell) also carpets in the same area were dirty and it smelled also. Overall the rooms were nicely kept, clean , ocean view was a plus. Staff was friendly and attentive. The check - in was a bit long, eventhough wee were there early but they coukd mive a little faster!!!

Service is by far the worse I have had in any hotel stay. A majority of the staff seems bothered to be working, especially the waiters at the buffet. Gerrick from the pool bar and Teddy Lee from Sunset are the exception to this. Great service from those two gentlemen and the entertainment staff by pool is great also. Other than that not much to highlight on this trip. The pools were constantly closed before the 7pm time. And everyone just gets shifted to one section of the pool. This happened everyday I was there “for sanitary reasons”. The mini bar in room was not stocked daily. The room cleaning would be done half way. Towels weren’t stocked daily and when I asked the house cleaning team for more they advised me they ran out for the day. Even when I checked out the guy waved me over asked what I wanted, when I told him I was checking out he handed me a paper to give to security and walked away. Won’t ever stay at Bahia properties again.

Don’t stay at this resort. There were roaches in the elevator, the staff is rude and I looked at a used bandage on the elevator floor for the 5 days we were there. No one cleans. Also, after 12+ hours, 4 calls and 2 visit to the front desk, we finally got towels. Some people had no toilet paper for hours!!!!

Needs improvement when it comes to Wifi. My first two days there and the Wifi was not working. Once the problem was fixed the free Wifi was only available in the lobby area and the Wifi I paid for thru the resort which was ridiculously overpriced, $69 for 7 days barley worked at all. Also, the bathtub in my room wasn't clean and I had difficulties getting wash cloths and towels. Constantly had to ask for both and it seems constantly tipping was the only way to get them.

I love everything about this place I will come again

It was amazing the staff is outstanding.. food is delicious

The check in process took 2 hours it was crazy We were a large group of 14 but it took way too long everything else was very good

Overall, the property is nice and easy to get to from the airport, though I recommend getting a private transfer. The restaurants are diverse and have excellent food. The drinks are often well made. The staff are friendly. When we arrived, we had trouble finding an open restaurant at about 3 in the afternoon, and many of the staff could not direct us to one, and as a result, my friend and I wandered around for about half an hour before finally getting to the right place. This was frustrating, for we were hungry and tired. The elevators on the site are limited, and it is often much easier to take the stairs. this could be hard for people who have trouble walking or groups that have senior citizens present. The resort is also spread out and requires a bit of walking. It was also a bit disappointing that the pool is only open till 7:00 pm. Aside from those few things, the property is excellent as was our stay.

I like the staff! They are awesome! Super catering polite and professional. Excellent experience overall.
