There's lots to say about this property, both good and bad. In a nutshell: Accommodation: the huts are spacious and unique. We loved sitting outside with the cats roaming around but they are poorly furnished, dated and badly need gutted. Gardens are lovely. Rooms are very clean. Reception: excellent, especially Rochelle who always had a smile. Any problems we had were dealt with immediately. Dining: Poor selection and labelling of food, lack of cutlery, lack of plates and bowls which were often chipped. Service was ok. No organization and didn't seem to be anyone in charge. Beach: towels were grotty. Plenty of chairs and sunbeds available. Bars: Ok service. Limited choice of drink and mainly cheap brands. No waiter service around the pool or on the beach. Entertainment: Not the best but only watched two shows so perhaps the others were better. Biggest gripe: the NOISE! Stupid loud. Inaudible and made your chest vibrate. Play music suited to the guests and turn the volume down. As loud as the hotel sound system was it paled in comparison to the drivel being BLASTED from properties outside the resort until 3am. For this reason alone I wouldn't return to this hotel. The hotel have a real problem here and need to speak to their neighbours. Overall, it has good bones. With some proper investment this place could be a real gem. It has rustic charm but needs better management and updating - and quieter neighbours!
The property is very beautiful. I love the individual cottages, the beaches are amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time but the only downside was the food. The food is tasty but their options was limited, and it was always a long wait for them to replenish.

I would revisit. Everything thing went well. I like the individual cottage style. Some of them need upgrading tho. The ambiance was nice with greenery and shrubbery. Some of the staff could be more courteous but most were very pleasant and attentive Overall I would give 4.5 but I think only 4 Allowed

Situated on a long stretch of beach, it is a beautiful property. For the money you do get a lot although the service could be improved somewhat. Outside of David White and Karlene servers just walked past you, ignored you or in one case said "I'm too busy ask someone else". One of the entertainers came out on stage with two middle fingers up walking back and forth and a little girl beside me said "she's showing her middle finger!". Please remember that there are children around, especially at 11am! I'll admit we've been spoiled by the Hyatt but given the cost the rest is reasonable. There are some weights missing from the gym and it's hard to tell what weight the others are. That should be a simple enough fix. Overall decent for the money. Good beach. Good location.
Great staff and friendly service
Did not have elevator, court yard view was a view of a tree. Staff didn’t know events were happening, food was ok and beach was beautiful.
The staff was amazing, their customer service was on point. I didn't really get to enjoy the beach much as it rained the whole time i was there. The food was ok not the best. My wife and I enjoyed staying in the little huts versus a hotel room. Overall the experience was great.
The cottages and privacy plus the entertainment. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I also like the fact that there was no one offering to sell you something.
What was unique , 1st they didnt offer wifi service , customer was terrible. Let me not talk about the food, first day we checked in and went for dinner, the food was finish ,the food choices were very limited.
