Did not have elevator, court yard view was a view of a tree. Staff didn’t know events were happening, food was ok and beach was beautiful.

The staff was amazing, their customer service was on point. I didn't really get to enjoy the beach much as it rained the whole time i was there. The food was ok not the best. My wife and I enjoyed staying in the little huts versus a hotel room. Overall the experience was great.

The cottages and privacy plus the entertainment. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I also like the fact that there was no one offering to sell you something.

What was unique , 1st they didnt offer wifi service , customer was terrible. Let me not talk about the food, first day we checked in and went for dinner, the food was finish ,the food choices were very limited.

Staff, food and beverages were great at the main buffet grill and all bars. Unfortunately, the service and food at the Jasmine Grill was terrible. Didn't make any sense. Servers were rude and food was not consistent with the quality we experienced at the other locations on the property. The hotel has the opportunity to establish new leadership at the Jasmine grill and bring it to the standard of the rest of the property. In overall, it was a great value.

Do not stay here if you want peace and quiet! We did not get the room that was advertised on the website. The "quiet" pool was nice for the first few days but then a huge group a people took over most of the pool and was very loud and obnoxious. We informed a lifeguard and he did not do anything and said it was securities job to tell them to keep it down. Very unhappy with the last two nights we were there. There was the same group of people that stayed in the same area as ours and they kept us up for hours at time each night. They slammed doors, yelled, pounded on doors, stomped around and blasted music in the middle of the night. We called the front desk 4 times complaining about them and they would be quiet for a couple hours but then start up again. Aside from all that, the staff was very friendly and helpful and for the most part it was a nice resort. There was very little to do at the resort though and housekeeping was very inconsistent. Some days they would come by 3 times a day, other times they wouldn't come at all.

Nice place, fun activities. Don't like mosquitoes.

It was nice and the weather was really good. But the food selection was slim. The room was great but I got bit up by mosquitoes.

We were upgraded to a suite however, what drew us to this property was the individual huts which we reserved and did NOT get. We felt we were down graded. Restaurants were not open every evening and it was not shown in the brochure we received at check in therefore, we did NOT get to eat at the other options available. We had to purchase WIFI when all other resorts we have stayed at it was included.

My stay was pleasant and it was lovely having booked online.

Staff great- wonderful trip! Will stay there again!
