Bunk Room: Perfect for kids or young-at-heart guests, this second-floor room features two bunk beds (sleeps 4), an attached en-suite, and a fun bonus—an Xbox with two controllers and two games! Bring your favorite games from home for even more entertainment.
King Bedroom: Conveniently located on the main floor with a 3/4 bath across the hall.

Important Policies and Guest Information

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.

Pets Welcome (With Permission):
With prior approval, we allow up to two non-shedding pets, each weighing no more than 35 lbs. A non-refundable pet deposit applies, and renters are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Failure to report pets will result in eviction, and no refunds of any kind will be issued. We want to be upfront so there are no surprises at checkout.

Age Requirement:
All renters must be 25 years of age or older or have parental guidance while staying on the property. This policy helps maintain the comfort and safety of all guests.

Golf Cart Use:

Drivers must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
Golf carts cannot be driven on sidewalks or Hwy 98.
Please use designated golf cart paths for safety and compliance with local regulations.

Snowbirds Welcome!
Escape the winter and enjoy our warm hospitality. For bookings over 60 days, stays from January 3 through March 3 are offered at reduced rates. Please feel free to contact us for details and availability.

Taxes:
If state and county taxes totaling 12% are not shown on your booking statement, you must pay these taxes. Some booking sites only display the 7% State VAT tax, leaving the management to collect the remainder of the 5%.

Cancellation Insurance:
For added peace of mind, we offer Anytime Cancellation Travel Insurance and Cancellation Insurance for a fee.

Payment Policy:
We do not accept traveler or cashier checks. All payments must be made by the renter(s) staying on the property, and the paying renter must be present during the stay.
