Relax, relax, relax ..... and indulge in the slow pace of beach life at Laurel Grove in the Resort. Our bright and sunny beach cottage is designed in "Key West" style with updated furnishings and bed linens. You could not ask for more - a beautifully appointed cottage that is located steps from the Laurel Grove swimming pool, and offers a lovely golf course view. Two golf carts are included (a 6-seat cart and a 4-seat cart), so take an open air ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf! Tram service is also complimentary. This picturesque vacation property offers it all, so enjoy the finest at 1362 Ravens Run in Laurel Grove!

Our open and airy family room features a two story vaulted ceiling, travertine floors and plenty of comfortable seating. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a wine cooler. There is seating for six guests at the dining table, and bar seating for three. Lounge on the screened porch while enjoying the outdoor television and a lovely golf course view. Entertaining outdoors is a pleasure!

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a comfy king bed, generous closet space, and access to the screened back porch. The spacious master bathroom offers a huge walk-in showeri and a dual sink vanity. Our main floor guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, generous closet space, and an adjoining guest bathroom with a wonderful walk in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom sleeps a total of six guests with two double beds and an additional bunk closet with two twin beds. Built-in flat panel televisions in the bunk closet will delight the kiddos! An adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination completes the upstairs guest suite. For your convenience, the laundry closet provides a stackable washer/dryer.

This home has all the extras to make your vacation memorable and comfortable - a Keurig coffee maker, two blu ray DVD players with apps capability, and even two extra twin size inflatable mattresses for unexpected guests. There are flat panel televisions throughout the home, and complimentary WIFI is provided.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Disappointed Vacation Rental

The property managers of this house made this experience poor. The house was dirty-I’m talking used q-tips on the floor under couches, dirty stains on walls. The house was also advertised that it came with beach chairs. We tried locating them when we arrived, contacted property manager to help. They told us there are no chairs for use. We rented chairs for $200. The day we were leaving, we found the beach chairs on the side of the house in a storage box. We stayed 4 days and they gave us 1 trash bag for the entire stay, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to purchase all these things. Upon leaving I reached out to the property manager to discuss our stay and have had nobody respond to me. I’ve sent emails and called. No response. As beautiful as this location is, I would find another house in the same area managed by a different property manager. Because of you have any issues, they won’t take care of you.

New Years Accomodations

Rented the property for its proximity to the New Year’s festivities at Baytowne. If fit the bill perfectly. We had 3 couples and all were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and games.

Great property!!! We were here a week and had a blast. Note for owners - (4) person cart needs to be checked out as the charge says it’s full after charging overnight but we did actually get stuck pushing it back one day after the charge dropped to empty within an hour. Thankfully it was close to the house. Also the cleaning crew left garbage and a bag of towels on the stairs when we arrived. No deal breaker just thought you should know since you pay them a %.. keep your wine and beer in the main fridge as the wine fridge never got below 47 degrees..minor issues.....Overall though a great property perfect for the 7 of us!

First family vacation with all the kids and grandkids!

The house and neighborhood was amazing quiet and beautiful. Golf carts came in very handy seeing that you can travel to the beach, grocery store and the Wharf. Swimming pool was never crowed very clean. Only issue we really had was the sprinkler system set to go off at inconvenience times. But overall we had a great stay and would certainly come back!

I have rented this house for twice now. It is very spacious and my family loves the golf carts to ride around in and to the beach.

Really nice property, great location

Really liked the house and the quick access to the shops and Publix nearby. Golf carts we in good condition and a must in this neighborhood. House was clean and well furnished. Lots of room. Our trip was cut majorly short due to Hurricane Michael, but the management company was nice enough to extend the rental for 2 extra days at no charge. While they certainly were not obligated to do so, it was a generous offer and allowed us to drive back and finish our vacation My only real complaint was that the door handle to the pantry was broken when we arrived. I had to break into it with a screw driver and ended up fixing it back the way it should be. I never reported it but surprised no one prior had noticed. Also, the extension cords to the Golfcarts needed some re-engineering (one didn't work, other wires run everywhere). The driveway is extremely tight to park 2 cars and 2 Golfcarts - we made do though. Overall, great experience!
