The housekeeping service was horrible. They cleaned our room once our whole 3 day stay. The woman even slammed the door on me when trying to ask her a question. Jose and another employee were great but the other front desk ppl weren’t helpful at all. There was construction going on right outside our window and we didn’t even sleep the 2nd day. And last and most horrible, THERE WERE BUGS IN THE DAMN BED! I got bit on my legs and my fiancé got bit on his lip. By far the worst stay we’ve ever had and we travel all the time. Other than the hotel experience, Miami was great! We’ll be back in February and will not book at that hotel again.

Worst Hilton and Double Tree property I’ve ever stayed at the sewer smell upon arrival to the room is horrible the elevator situation was the worst only had one elevator the whole stay which was shared with housekeeping n houseman who carry trash on the elevator while the guest are on it super gross asf then room dont get cleaned til after 5pm daily towels always have to be requested more than once the wait for the elevator was just the worst the front desk never answer n if they do you get hung up on and have to keep calling back

Location was great, everything was easily walkable from the hotel.

I loved the pool area. Having a DJ on the weekend was a great touch! My hotel room could've been a lot cleaner. The bathroom of the first room we had smelled of fish (the toilet wasn't flushed - it had urine in it). Thankfully they were able to accommodate us by giving us another room.

Overall good hotel a little far from ocean drive. Great stuff members and place to bring the kids.

Nothing unique about the hotel, it was clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel has a restaurant, gym, pool, and small hot tub. The hotel holds 100.00 per day deposit on your credit card and charges a 29.00/day resort fee.

Our overall experience was a great one. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Water provided daily as stated. Our room was small but it did the job as we just slept the night. Free coffee daily. I would truly recommend.

Called from airport what time room will be available and they told me it’s ready When I arrived the room was not ready. No one texted me when it was ready until I asked . The booklet in the room stated we get complementary drinks by the pool when asked front desk no one knew about . We asked to see the book since we returned the hotel card and they would not show us the book . The shower was designed for a handicap person which made showering a struggle . The AC was set to 40 degrees and we were still sweating in the room . The pool was shared with the motel and the water was filthy . For the price we paid we expected a better hotel with better and more knowledgeable staff .

We watched iguanas outside our window and it was really awesome. We even named them! Our room was modern and clean. The staff friendly and always helpful.

I did not like that the beach was not right next to hotel

Nothing I was only there 2 days but everyone was very nice

I loved the property, very clean. The staff is lovely.

This property was very good, great experience and staff

Great location. Too bad horse show affected beach location.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach and their pool

Adequate hotel. I know the resort fee is mandatory, but if you don't make use of any of the resort features it covers due to time constraints (and physical limitations), it just sits wrong. Room was quite noisy - a lot of noise from outside our room and the air WHISTLED under the door. Once we figured out that placing the bathmat at the base of the door, that sound stopped - when the bathmat wasn't in use! Not a fan of the "breakfast" - continental consisted of stale breads and decent fruit.
