I did not like that the beach was not right next to hotel

Nothing I was only there 2 days but everyone was very nice

I loved the property, very clean. The staff is lovely.

This property was very good, great experience and staff

Great location. Too bad horse show affected beach location.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach and their pool

Adequate hotel. I know the resort fee is mandatory, but if you don't make use of any of the resort features it covers due to time constraints (and physical limitations), it just sits wrong. Room was quite noisy - a lot of noise from outside our room and the air WHISTLED under the door. Once we figured out that placing the bathmat at the base of the door, that sound stopped - when the bathmat wasn't in use! Not a fan of the "breakfast" - continental consisted of stale breads and decent fruit.

I NEVER write reviews but this hotel pushed me over the edge. I booked this hotel on a Wed. to check in on Fri. of that same week. I was only there for the weekend. I arrived after my flights Fri. night to the hotel at 1:00AM. For the front desk to tell me that they were overbooked and sending me to another hotel. I assumed okay maybe one across the street....no, a hotel in downtown Miami 15 mins away. After my friends and I had already ubered from the FLL airport. So i assumed “well, if you’re making us move locations surely you’re providing us with a shuttle to get there.” Of course they weren’t. We uber to our other hotel, a Hampton Inn in Midtown. I assumed surely the hotel would call me when our room was ready, nope. I called the hotel, Freddy (the front desk manager) told me it would be ready by noon. We get to the hotel at 12:30PM just to find out the rooms not ready. The offer us drinks and lunch at the hotel restaurant while we wait..... we have lunch and drinks and then the server brings us a check for our drinks and lunch! We leave and come back at night to find out our room number and the night time front desk attendant and supervisor have no idea of our situation, as if we were checking in for the first time. I’m a VERY understanding person but this hotel was an absolute disaster. My friends and I would have been far less frustrated if the hotel had just communicated with us and the team much better.

The only thing is that the hotel does not complimentary parking. Also, the pool is shared with a motel in front of the hotel. The only thing good is that the location is not bad. It is five blocks from the Lincoln and 17th. st. (South Beach area). Even though there is a free shuttle, you can walk. It is not really far. It is about 15 min. Walk.

The rooms could use a micro wave, also my phone wasn’t working in the room when I needed to call valet. Room was so so I felt it should be a bit bigger for the price. The bed was very comfortable but over all I give it a 5 out of 10

When the lobby construction is finished this will be an even better stay. The staff are great and rooms are clean. Get your Hilton Honors Card for upgrades.

I moved my flight up out of Texas bc the hurricane and since I was arriving 1 day earlier, i needed a stopgap hotel to stay at until then and the Gates was accommodating. It was comfortable, actually the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel, bar none. :D Only 5 blocks from the Pizza Bar too !

The staff was amazing rooms were clean and hotel was very nice !

The hotel is in a great location one block off the beach and they have a shuttle that will take you if you don't want to walk. Stores and great food are close by. The pool area is spacious and food service is fast and delicious. The bar is great too!! The staff throughout the hotel are accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful had a blast will be back really soon all of the staff phenomenal hospitality.

Nice hotel. Rather new. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are small, but well appointed. No views of the ocean. Expect your room to be ready at 4PM or later.
