No cable tv! Only local channels and Spanish! Noisy staff early in am. Noisy!

In general is good with some of the problems of an old building.

Zenaide the receptionist very simphatic and efficient

The bathrooms in the lobby were comfortable...The best part was leaving.... will not be back

They charge you for everything should have free breakfast at least

Should not charge mandatory pool fee. Should be waived for residents that don't use the nasty pool. Needs serious upgrades structural and cosmetic. Weak flooring in the rooms. Interior design is dark and eerie. Needs major updating.

Great Location you can walk If you’re up to it but Uber’s are really cheap, happy hour throughout the day the breakfast was OK. No complaints great prices will stay again

tv was not working. Many of staff was rude. Room had bad air circulation...

i got very good deal it was worth it, just sleep for the night. walking distance to starbuks, beach, liquor store, breakfast places, etc

I was very disappointed with my stay in this place. The staff is not responsive to the problems about the room (which are many) and rude on the top of that. The room didn't have a properly working A/C. Last night we spent in the room in the temperature similar to the outside. When we asked for help, the front desk man was very aggressive and spoke to me as if I owned him money. The water in the room is also a mess. The hot foucet was switched with the cold one. Nobody was even care to warn us about it. The walls were not soundproof. We could hear everything our neigbours didi and talked about. When it was after midnight it was especially annoying. I will never stay in that hotel again and never recommend anyone to stay there.

BEDDING WASNT CLEAN, ROOM KEY WOULDNT WORK OFTEN WHICH WE HAD TO GO UP & DOWN FOR NEW KEYS! TOOK US TELL FRONT DESK 3 TIMES FOR THEM TO GET THE ROOM CLEAN! WORKS AT FRONT DESK SEEMED TO HAVE GOTTEN MAD THAT WE WANTED A CLEAN ROOM , BECAUSE THE REST OF OUR STAY THEY WERE BERY RUDE! SO I MADE A COMPLAINT TO MANAGER & SHE WAS VERY KIND & WANTING TO HANDLE EVERYTHING! SHE ALSO GAVE US A BOTTLE OF WINE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! HOTEL NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING SO WE BASICALLY HAD TO CACH UBER EVERY WHERE TO EAT & SHOP! BREAKFAST THERE WAS OK, POOL THERE WAS GREAT! WE EVEN GOT FREE HAPPY HOUR DRINKS EVERY DAY (ONE DRINK) PER DAY! I JUST HONESTLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!

This was the worst experience with valet I have ever encountered. It was definitely not worth the $87 dollars I was charged at checkout. And then on top of the valet issue the rooms were not very clean at all. There was a layer of dust on every counter and surface and leftover hair from the last guests. I had to go out and buy lysol spray and clorox wipes as the toilet had not been cleaned properly. On a lighter note, the front desk staff was friendly and we enjoyed the free happy hour drink. This place was not worth the money spent.

My room and hotel was great. Parking is too expensive 29 per night, they should let us park where valet parks for free. I did not like that gratuity was included in purchases automatically. I had some ceiling leakage from the air conditioner. The staff was Awesome especially Eduardo! I would recommend!

Phone did not work for the entire duration of our stay. Pool area loaded with birds so be ready for noise and poop. The food was mediocre, at best, although the restaurant is supposedly not attached to the hotel. The free cocktail per day is a nice touch.Tiny room, be ready for a wet bathroom upon showering as the 'wall' doesn't fully prevent water for staying in the shower area...shower head however, nice and water pressure also nice. 1 block from the beach. Although RED does offer beach chairs to guests, actual chair , not lounge chairs, but ones to sit on. We paid for chairs and umbrellas offered by surrounding hotels..expensive but I would rather lay out on the beach than sit upright. Probably would not stay there agin. It was ok for the 4 days but we ready to be outta there.

I'm an economical shopper so I was not looking to spend a fortune. I reserved a double room poolside and got a small room on 6th floor with one bed. That really was my only complaint. I just like getting what I reserve. The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the food and drinks. It was our anniversary so I didn't want to start it off complaining about the room so I just didn't mention it. I'm sure they would have corrected as they did give us a complimentary bottle of champagne :)

The hotel ballet gave my keys to the wrong person without receiving any ticket .that person took off with my car .worst experience ever

The hotel has a nice décor with the red and white, i'm just used to new facilities. The room was probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in, but it did serve it's purpose (to rest and have a place to shower).

It's better to pay more than to stay at this hotel staff members are rude and slow.

beautifll with a red color mostly eveything including the wake up clock, very kindly and they were wonderfull my wife and my son love the place, easy access to all place
