We had soooo much fun upgraded to be efficiency front room so nice and clean and staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed we will be back thanks for a awesome stay clean rooms accross from beach all the great shopping and walk to all the night life without the high prices breakfast just needs the eggs waffles and bacon and toast it would only be only thing that would make it perfect 😁
I waited a long time to check in. The room very old fashioned and the place was very noisy. Worst of all we forgot our phone charger and when we called to ask them to mail it they were very rude. They said they don't have any stamps or envelops or mail service! Then they just hung up on me. I paid $200 for that crappy room for one night and they can't spend 50 cents on a stamp and have the courtesy to mail my charger back!
We booked a double room for a week, it was clean and tidy, with a small fridge, curtains, toiletries and clean towels every day. But THE BEST was the staff in there; AL helped us a lot and he recommended us nice places and deals in Miami. He was willing to help us at any moment witch is very helpful when you are in a place that you barely know. The rest of the staff was very nice too, MARIA always very smiley and kind! THE LOCALISATION is PERFECT TOO! it is in the mean avenue in South Beach, few meters away from the beach. At the Lobby you can always find water for free and nice brewed coffee in the mornings from 8am. For foreign customers, the cleaning can last till 3pm but we asked for an early cleaning so we can rest after lunch. There was not problem at all. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
.i book the hotel and my flight got cancelled due to weather watch and they refused to refund my money even though it was out of my control.when I called to speak to the manager they said he was in a meeting and he never got back to me.the reps there were very rude and nasty.i tried to call back several times and still no response from the manager
Well our first experience to south beach, Miami wasn't great expect for our friends and the Mexican place where we ate. This place was a dump...loud, freaks walking around, beds were terrible, dirty room, our room had two double beds. That night after we went out for a great dinner and returned to our room it sounded like 50-100 people came walking down our hallway walls were very thin, this continued half the night. When we tore down the beds to sleep in them one was dirty, hairs on sheets and what to look like small bugs.....grossed us right out.....
We booked a room in a last minute accidentally and we did not realize that it is like college dormitory. First floor is designed for smoking guests. If you do not smoke, you need to stay at upper floors. The front desk has many computers at their work station. We needed to print boarding passes but front desk reps rejected us to use their computers. There is no business center. The front desk reps refused to help us printing boarding passes for our upcoming flight and they kicked us out to somewhere for internet and printing services. The hotel has so many strangers and bummers selling something in lobby who are not guests of the hotel. The hotel lacked any concept of the hospitality and its interior design related to the hotel name Parisian. We do not understand why it is named "Parisian". Actually, the hotel should be named Collegian or something like Battante. These staff members of the hotel are treating guests like in Kongo or in Central Africa. Its your choice to stay as a student at "Parisian" or as a valued guest at another better hotel.
The location was great, unfortunately the rest was very poor. Cold air was blowing on us all night long, the room was super small, with a half window, broken as well. The bed made squeaky noises, the sink in the bathroom in common was out of work and we didn't dare using the shower. The carpet was filthy and fixed with rusty nails here and there. Besides we couldn't quite figure out which was the actual hotel, we checked in in the parisian, but we actually slept in the Geneva, getting through the door of a car rental place!
Well i dont even know where to start.. let me drink some tea before i star writing this review because i gets me really mad everytime i remember... ok im back... well i booked this hotel for 2 nights.. i booked for the parisian hotel.. anyway we got there around 10 pm very tired after a long trip to key west so thw only thing we wated was sleep...check in was easy and then there comes the bad thing.. they tild me that we have to walk soutaide and go to the next building called Geneva... mm i said ok.. i juat wanted to sleep... hold on let me drink a bit more tea cause im so mad just remembering..so yeah then we we walked to rhe room i said well ot looks ok... but the minute i laid on the bed i was like omggggg practically it was a spring box cover with my grandmothers cover sheets.. i was about to go complain but i fell asleep... anyway the next morning when i woke up and about to take a shower i couldn't believe what i was seeing.. hair everywhere on the shower floor so disgusting... soo i had enough... i pack my things.. book anotherhotel and left the room... when i went to do the check out the manager asked me why i was checking out early and i told her everything i just wrote and she told me " the onlyt thing i cCan say is sorry, i wasn't here last night so i dont know she told me...she took a look at my reservation and she told me u supposed to be on this building no the other building then she asked 2 other girls that were there and they didn't knew nothing about it... well she told me "im so sorry but i can't do anything but to tell you sorry" i wasn't looking for a refund or anything.. i just want then to know that was so wrong .. SO IF YOU PAY FOR THE HOTEL PARISIAN MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE PARISIAN BUILDING.. not the GENEVA BUILDING... i know that they dont care about the customer.. many people come and go every day.. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE... py a bit more for a nice and clean room dont make the same mistake i did.. and let me drink some more tea because i get really upsetand mad when i remember 😏.
Expect a bed (lumpy) and wardrobe and bathroom, no extras. However the price represents this. I paid $350 for a double room for 3 nights. There is housekeeping everyday and the hotel is 1 block from Ocean Dr, and Lincoln Mall. The rooms had a funny smell but I got used to it. 24hr reception. Also take earplugs the rooms can be noisy.
Location is in fact good but does not make for all the other bad things this hotel has. Super super noisy at night, everyone screamimg around, respect is non known word amongst this hotel guests. The rooms are small and the furniture the walls look like an hotel where you pay $20 to stay in. Please: stay way of this one. Is better to pay an extra $50 and find a better place.
