I didn't like that they didn't give us a bigger room. I told them in advance that we were 5. A lot of people have the same problem while I was there. Also, a lot of guest are from South America, and when they asked for hot water for their drink, they give them a hard time. Even that I believe restaurant is separate, is something that affect the hotel. Need an update on laundry. Pool was nice, maybe needs more lighting

Horrible housekeeping stile me sandals. I called the hotel several of times. And even at this moment haven't heard back from them since june 27,2017

I've been here several times as it is in a perfect location to the beach and all other things and is super reasonably priced which is hard to find on south beach. Walking distance from ocean drive and Lincoln drive where all the shopping is!

Towls we're dingy, morning staff didn't speak English needed towlsand they didn't bring them after caling front desk. Floors was dirty, sink, and toilet they only cleaned the bed.

I really liked the hotel. One of the best I've stayed at so far while visiting Miami. Not really close to the beach or but is close to a lot of restaurants/bars/clubs.

This hotel wasn't a good choice in my room the phone was broken I had to use my phone to call room service of course they didn't care the elevator was super slow and the stair way was closed with tape on the door in case of a fire I guess we would of all burnt the hell up! The 1$ happy hour was cheap rum and coke everyday ewww bartender miserable and spilling everything not friendly at all !!! The whole building smelled like paint .. only good perk was the hotel across the street using their pool and outdoor activities and the beach chairs and umbrella was a perk. Room service barely spoke any English so that sums everything up in a nut shell

We stayed in one of their suites. It was like an apartment. Full living room with couch, private bedroom, kitchen and small kitchenette table. It was clean and we really liked it. The internet really stunk though. We liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were included. I wasn't really sure how that was going to work out, but they told us where to go on the beach and the Dorchester has their own section. Staff at the beach found us 8 chairs together and there were even staff from another booth from you could you buy food and drink.

Well, the customer service was not great at all. And the fact that they charge you more than other hotels for parking yet the other hotels valet, at Dorchester you have to park yourself. The tub and toilet kept getting stopped up. Called multiple times, nobody came to fix it. And the WORST we all have multiple bites all over us which has been confirmed by a doctor as bed bugs. Now that "suite" is closed

This was a very nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was good. The pool was very nice, and the people working there were extremely nice and helpful. The location was the best part, however. The beach was across the street and you're located right next to dozens of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. In the morning, they have a buffet, with unlimited coffee and plenty of varietits of food. It would have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room, though.

If u don't offer front desk tops u will not get advice to park ur car since in this area parking is impossible. I found parking space in front of the hotel but the front desk man said I could not use it Room is old no refreg no coffee boiler the wifi is turtle speed.

Really good resturants in walking distance and the beach was only less than a block away. The staff was so nice to us and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day and new towels. I really liked the hotel overall it was great.

Fun hotel with a great location at a reasonable price.

Me and my friends came for my birthday weekend getaway, we had a great package, but ended up having hidden cost example- resort fee, breakfast cost, and $30 parking a day. We had 2 beg for washcloths and towels daily, just was a bad hotel choice.

Stay was ok...arrived at the hotel around 6AM....requested an early check-in but a front desk lady (Carmen) was not very nice at 6AM, she was rude and not very helpful or seemed like she wanted to make us comfortable after a long flight in. She offer any resolution just that the hotel was full and we had to wait until 3pm to check-in. We left for a few, very annoyed...when we returned there was a different young lady there (Rosa)...she made us feel more at ease and comfortable and assisted us correctly & politely.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel, hidden charges and it definitely was a little smaller then I thought and out dated. We had a late flight so didn't get to the hotel til about midnight . The desk person was rude and didn't even seem like he wanted to be working. And we had to put $150 deposit for the stay. Our room was small even though there was two beds there was not room for much else. In the morning there was no complimentary breakfast. We ordered a drink at the bar and paid $11 for the worst tasting drink I ever had (threw it away). Pool was cute but needed a little cleaning. And at check out they charged us $15 a day for amenities.... UUUMMM what amenities ?? The pool I ask because we didn't use anything else... Long story short I will not be staying there ever again.

The staff was especially helpful after our room was ready and we were officially checked in.

Overall great place for the price. Stayed there for 3 days. Older hotel but the rooms are updated. Bathroom is small but u dont spend all day in there soo. I would stay there again, but i would rather be closer to the action near 18th street. $1 drinks for happy hour. The complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach was a nice touch. Very clean hotel and room. No problem with check-in or check-out. Breakfast was okay.

Great and cozy suites. Had everything you needed and the staff was helpful.

The location of the hotel was good. The hotel had no hot water throughout and offered no explanation nor compensation. The cost of the drinks at the bar were ridiculous high. You could walk down the street to a quaint little bar and paid very reasonable prices. Not impressed with staff. When asked about upgrading not told not available then couple next to us upgraded at no cost. Will not recommend

We had stayed here 3 weeks ago, stayed at the Dorchester and we absolutely loved it! The services offered are wonderful, the fact that use can use the sister hotel is great too, but the staff is hands down what made the stay so comfortable. They're very attentive and they treat you as if they've known you for years. It has quickly become my number 1 choice for another Miami stay.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us! We are terribly sorry that the time you recently had here wasn't the 5 star time that we strive to provide! It's a total bummer that you misplaced your sandals. When our housekeepers find a guest item in the room prior to them checking out, they turn it into our lost and found department. Once again sorry that you misplaced your sandals! We hope that you find them!!!
