Nice hotel. Close to beach. Chairs and umbrella on beach a perk! Good food at restaurant. Hotel staff super nice. Allowed me to check in early with no extra charge.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyting was clean and everyone was friendly. the shower stalls seemed like it was newly built
Hotel is decent overall. Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little cozy and could use some ventilation (windows did not even stay open on their own and there was no type of fan/ventilation system in the bathroom). Also, the tub could have been cleaner, but overall the room was good.
A block from the beach, nice island-themed restaurant below. The only issue is the outrageous $30 a day parking!! Also the bathroom tubs were disgusting. Other than that, it wasn't bad.
I went to Miami to enjoy few days off and wanted to stay in a place where I could feel at home and not just in a hotel. To my surprise, the Dorchester was really homey. I got a suite that was a true 1 BD apartment, and the place was really nice. I even had a balcony. The hotel has a very pleasant, relax feel. It's small and charming, and the hotel's restaurant and bar are very charming and eclectic. In the afternoon, the bar has a happy hour for hotel guests where you can connect and listen to great music. I made some new friends and I left with a feeling that I must come back to this place. It did not feel like a hotel to me, and that's quite important when you want to relax and be comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Very convenient for the beach and places to to go and eat. Although if you’re not into the part scene there is a lot of that. Pool was freezing. Walk to beach was short and nice.
Good but next time i will skip the review because i don't want to spend this much time
I stayed for 2 weeks in the suites , close to everything When I return I will definitely stay here again I love the hotel accommodation at the beach and the free happy hour, my room was very clean and private ..... Everyone was helpful and always available
hotel is in very decent location. loved the beach. and rooms were very clean and spacious. enjoyed the stay.
I was not able to sleep at all, there was construction work all over, the view was horrible as construction workers are able to see you clearly and blinds were torn so they can still see you even when closed. The lady at the Front desk was not friendly at all, not once did she give eye contact and no smile, she seems miserable Parking is so expensive at their location and it's not worth it, the swimming pool was so cold I was not able to enjoy it, the restaurant at hotel is way too expensive.
The lobby smell I couldn’t take it !!! It smelled like Clorox ! Other Then that I didn’t have an issue ! Small hotel and convenient ! Even though is far from 8th street and to get to beach you gotta walk a bit
Living space comfortable but room on bottom floor towards front extremely noisy. You can hear when people are talking outside. I couldn't sleep with noise from upstairs. You can hear pretty much every movement someone makes. Bathroom was extremely small, no vanity area, it was hard to get ready. Toothbrush ended up in the toilet. Room does come with fridge. Room was larger than standard rooms i have stayed in sobe. If you are sharing room is good size. Common areas were nice and well kept, nice size pool and lounging area to hang with friends and guests. Nice courtyard with table chairs and couches.
