No housekeeping, no fresh towel, poor water pressure. No one came to pick up trash. No vending machines . My stay was supposed to have 2 daily drinks was told that was a mistake on site. Pool party was no longer available for 2 years. Everything on their site is NOT whats available to you. Very disappointed and would not stay there again. They should refund my money that i spend for false advertising.

This is not even a real hotel, they are privately owned condos that the owners rent out. Our reservation was cancelled (we learned after waiting 4 hours to check in) due to maintenance issues. Can't speak for the room but the "hotel" itself was filthy and run down. Literally a ring of dirt around the pool. It was downright disgusting and shame on orbitz for their lack of diligence.

My credit card was charged $264 , no receit. Safe box wasn't in a room.No towels, everything is falling apart. No manager respond on multiple e-mails.No manager on site, horrible , no help stuff.Worst hotel ever.

No safe box in room . I asked for it so many times , nothing . No manager responds at all. No towels

We could not get towels, toilet paper, etc on request. They said because I booked through a third party. I've been to Miami about 8 times and booked through the third party every time and never dealt with anything like this. We had all women in our room and couldn't get toilet paper when needed. By far the worst hospitality experience that I've had anywhere. The rooftop pool/view is the only thing we enjoyed about this hotel. Never again

Directly across the street from the beach & within walking distance to everything....

Room was roomy . Close to beach and lots of restaurants close by to pick from . Roof top pool view was amazing . Wifi and tv weren't working though . Overall good experience .

Linens for the sofa bed had to be asked for and consisted of them handing me one sheet. Regular bed very cheap, left over lines from a garage sale.

This is a condo hotel, so some units are run by the staff, others by the owners, so if you're in a owner run unit and things break, youre out of luck. Some units have dressers, mine didn't, so you live out of suitcase. Overall, a good place if you're single, its not a luxury hotel, but not bad. A little run down, maintenance is lacking. Elevator is slow, front door is broken, so anyone can walk in .... not good on Ocean Drive... The roof top pool is tiny. for kids only, but the bar and view from the rooftop is great. Beach is right across the street, all that Ocean Drive has to offer is in walking distance, so for the price, its well worth it. Don't expect 5 start accommodations, but I would still recommend this hotel. Its advantages certainly outweigh the shortcomings, but there are shortcomings. One noteworthy... the housekeeper, Irinda.... found a $20.00 bill in the garbage, and approached me coming back to my room to give it back. That's an amazing staff.

amazing location bartender on the rooftop was popping allow us to hook up our phone to play music and had the rooftop LIT free all you can drink from 5-6pm . Miguel the bell hop the bomb from the time we step out the car told us great place to eat and got our entire group of 16 ladies a shuttle to the port of Miami together for only $25 for all of us not each all of us .... My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was none other then that you are in the heart of the action this hotel is not of old people or people who want to just sightsee and sleep.

Got chargers that staff couldn't explain to what they were

This hotel is one of the best most nicest most cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in housekeeping came every day to make sure we had towels and cleaned our room when we wanted them to Amazing view and you are close to everything and at the restaurant downstairs is the best hands down we had a lobsters and steaks and it was the best lobster and steak ever the best experience I've had in South Beach thank you so much for your accommodations I will be back

After reading a few bad reviews I was kind of uneasy about staying here but I guess you can't please everyone. The room was nice, the service was good, the open bar happy hour from 6-7 was phenomenal. The only bad thing was the cellular service was terrible and the restaurant is kind of pricey. But all in all, I'd stay here again!

A great place to stay central to all the party scenes on ocean drive!

I never got what I booked Orbitz said hotel would wave resort fee and they didn't I paid for my room in advance only not to get anything that I paid for the hotel charged me more than they said when I got there I had to pay 44.50 a night to park in hotel garage that I am a guest in the rooms where molely had a mildew smell I was sick the first day from smell had to stay at my dad a night its crazy I'm not happy at all I paid for something and got nothing I paid for I was held on flight for 30 min before we could get off plane cause ramp wasn't working never got car I originally booked had to cancel that and rebook new car my flight coming home was delayed

Hotel is located on the most noisy an crowded place of south beach.

I didn't appreciate I had to wait 45 minutes for my room during check in

The hotels pool is nice , the suite is big noce kitchenette, room service is horrible as well as the cleanliness but the bed is nice

Had a great stay at the congress. Everyone was pleasant, and the hotel couldn't have been nicer. Beautiful views, beautiful rooms, right across from the beach.

Beautiful Room with a view of the Versace Mansion. Incredible pool and Friendly Staff!!
