Nice hotel with convenient across the street free parking; location is right next to Ochsner Baptist Clinic and Hospital. Room comes furnished in mid-century modern style furniture, mini fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, silverware. One tip I wish I knew earlier was to turn the fridge setting to max cold, but still doesn’t keep very cold (think slightly cool). Very handy setup if you’re facing a long day at Ochsner like I was. Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is in a quiet area with VERY clean and large rooms, friendly and quick front desk service. Free parking is a plus!

The front desk staff was friendly and quick check in. I had an issue with connecting to wifi and she was able to fix it right away. The room is spacious and VERY clean. Free parking is a plus.

Everything was great from check in to check out.

Great hotel, large room with Sofa and very clean. A gem in New Orleans. Short 2 block walk to some awesome restaurants. And yes, free parking...

We had a great stay and would stay here again. Very convenient location, great price, and free parking. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Especially loved walking around the block for brunch at Bearcat Cafe! Highly recommend.

Nice location to visit my daughter at Loyola. Plenty of nearby restaurants and oool area was nice.

Men’s room on 1st floor general area did not have water. No out of order signs on door. So bathroom not pleasing as first impression of the hotel. Room was amazing and spacious with a lot of light features!!

The location is good. It's quieter and easier to drive to than places located in the Quarter or CBD. Parking is easy. The hotel facilities are pretty clean and modern. Business center computers were not working, not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. No free breakfast.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel!

what I like the most was the safety, the door was close when I got there after midnight.one thing I don't like is that there wasn't bottle of water in the room as complementary.

Overall very dingy and the carpet in my room was heavily stained. Felt kinda gross

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to others.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Rooms and overall property extremely clean. Just a short drive to Bourbon St and other locations.
