Paid for early check in which is at noon. Showed up at 11:46 asked if I could check in and was told to sit and wait the 14 minutes. I suppose if there wasn’t a room ready 14 minutes early it makes sense but odds are there was at least a few. It just seems like a super cheap way to run a hotel chain that likes to be thought of as higher end and classy. No class

Wonderful location…window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Saw the owners having an argument with an unsatisfied guest right in the open bar / lobby which was very unprofessional
