Great hotel, but was very hard to find because the hotel name is not prominent on the outside of the hotel. We had an updated room with LOTS of power and USB outlets. Also, the shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes.

We were in a newly renovated room and it was excellent. I needed a hotel close to the airport who supplied a shuttle, a restaurant in the hotel, and a hotel that served a nice breakfast. I received all three so my experience In LA was perfect.

The staff is very rude,staying there for about 10 years and couldn’t understand the filt of the carpet and water marks in the ceiling front desk charge for parking and then she explained it’s on my receipt and so I ask her to show me and it’s wasn’t there.

Really good. Better then the first time we check in. Very friendly and the floor 4 all rooms are complete news (remodeling the hotel) very modern. BTW, Breakfast is very good with a special hot sauce.

Very over-priced for what you get. Property is being renovated. The club sandwich I ordered for dinner was dry; when I asked for mayo, I got two of those little cafeteria packets. Mattresses were mediocre at best and soft. They charged $20/night for parking, which I don't recall seeing in their Orbitz write-up.

Although under renovation, the facility didnt appear to take any steps to shield the guests from the mess or additional noise. My room was cleaned and still looked dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice experience. Nice room, great restaurant. No complaints at all.

The place ie apparently under incremental renovation and also smells of mold.

Comfortable bed. Room was clean. I had a great view. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was adequate. Parking was secure. It was an extra $20 per night to park in the garage. Room Had a fridge with freezer and a microwave. Very close and easy to airport. I will stay here again.

Not a good one,the breakfast was bad, the workers had attitude and were very rude

It was really nice for the price, the staff was helpful and it's really convenient.

The room is clean and new. Its very close to the airport.

I stay for just one night and everything was good. No 5 stars but I would say 4. Good price, location, service.
