Only downfall for my stay was the hotel is under construction it was loud and the pool area wasn't available...But the great staff and free breakfast made up for that.Due to this inconvenient out $20 a day parking fee was waived. I would definitely stay again

Good stay staff very good. Hotel under renovation

We were pleasantly surprised by the renovations going on. The entire hotel was covered with scaffolding on the outside but the inside was quite well done. It was overall a pleasant night.

Nice staff. They’re mid-renovation and did a great job making it comfortable and not letting the work impact our stay. I’d love to see what it looks like when it’s done - our room was already updated and lovely. It would be nice if the elevator from the parking garage was bigger, but we managed fine. We used it for the night before we flew home. Very convenient location near the airport with an easy shuttle process. The shuttle driver was amazing as well. We were traveling with car seats, luggage, and 3 small kids, and they took our circus in stride! I’d definitely go back.

The young lady that checked me in was lovely, but the rooms felt like a discounted, knock-off hotel chain. Although close to the airport, and transportation to and from the airport was good, that is about the only thing positive that I can say.

I was very impressed by this hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated, and the rooms feel like a boutique hotel. The room is very clean and well-designed. It is a great place to stay for access to the airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport, which is about 5 minutes away. The only downside is the hotel is located on a busy street, so there is some noise throughout the night, but this is normal for a hotel close to the airport. The staff were very helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I used the park and fly feature of this hotel. I left my I phone charger in the room. When I returned 2 weeks later it was there waiting for me. Thank you House Keeping Staff.

Pros: 5 minutes from LAX airport, offers 24 hour shuttle service. Hop on/off bus stop is right in front of hotel. Awesome customer service. Hotel is clean with super friendly staff plus, hot breakfast is included. Walking distance to stores, and transportation. Cons: hotel is older and rooms need serious updating. Large gap below door, which exposes noise from hallway, although was pretty quiet. Rooms have a bit of a musty oder. There is more furniture in the room than is necessary, which takes away from the floor space. Currently, they are planning to update the building exterior.

Close to LAX, very convenient airport shuttle. Stag was very pleasant and the room very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we have a long layover again.

this was just for a layover. Front desk staff were pleasant and checkin was quick. We had come off of a BRUTAL flight from Portugal to Newark, delayed in Newark for 6 hrs, to get here at !:30 am. Gave us a room at the end of the hallway. Door key would not work, no in house ph anywhere, no ph # to call. Had to go back to desk, new room , 2 floors up, at the end of the hallway again. So basically had to walk the LOONNGG hallway 5 times just to get to a room. Really upset!!! Oh and can't even get some breakfast in the morning because it doesn't open until 7 Am

We always stay at La Quinta when we have an early flight out or a late arrival. The hotel was always nice but they've done some nice renovations and the rooms are very pretty. The hotel is clean, quiet, convenient and well priced. The staff is always professional. The breakfast is very good. Sometimes we've parked our car there and the garage is safe and secure. Hotel restaurant is open until 10:00 PM for dinner.

Although the staff was nice our room was very dirty and there was a stench. We were moved to another room and given a free night of parking for our troubles.

The Hotel was ok. I wasn't aware that the hotels in the area charged an additional parking fee of $20. I was just looking for a place to spend one night before an early flight. This hotel did the job. The room was clean but I wasn't going to walk around on the carpet barefoot. I did find a clump of hair on the hanging towel in my bathroom and that grossed me out.

This is an intentionally overpriced marginal dirty and obsolete hotel with owners raking in undeserved higher profits. Be smart. Avoid this pure 2 star hotel that needs several millions dollars to bring it up 30 years and remove mold smell. The breakfast was okay but selection smaller than normally expected If I wasn’t prepaid I would have walked out! Don’t be fooled

We stayed here the night before our cruise out of Long Beach. Our flight into LAX did not arrive until 12:30am. We contacted the hotel a few days ahead and let them know that we would be coming in in the middle of the night. They had no problem accommodating us. The staff were very friendly. The bus that picked us up from the airport arrived within about 20 minutes. The room was comfortable. There were several Rental Car places nearby. The breakfast was off the hook! Great selections and nice, soft, fresh bagels. You don't get that at every hotel. It was very crowded but the food kept coming. Be prepared to wait in line but it was worth the wait. We recommend the waffles as well. JJST A NOTE TO THE HOTEL STAFF, please fix the water dispenser in the breakfast area. We had a hard time getting some and it caused a bit of a back up at the drink station but overall a great experience!

Everything as expected; have stayed here numerous times since the price is reasonable and close to LAX.

First room was not good, manager gave a recently refurbished room that was good, construction going on at hotel

great location for airport and modern room

I was very impressed by this hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated, and the rooms feel like a boutique hotel. The room is very clean and well-designed. It is a great place to stay for access to the airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport, which is about 5 minutes away. The only downside is the hotel is located on a busy street, so there is some noise throughout the night, but this is normal for a hotel close to the airport. The staff were very helpful!
