At check-in, the staff was extremely slow, and I was made to wait until 6:00 AM before finally being able to check in and enter my room. I absolutely cannot accept being charged for that night's accommodation.

Never saw breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only an area where you could buy sandwiches, drinks, and snacks. Air conditioning/ heat unit was way too loud. Very disturbing. Not able to sleep. No hotel shuttle to the airport. Had to use general shuttle that serviced several hotels therefore you had to wait for a shuttle to stop that had space available.
