5 year Orbitz user and I take pride in having an instant go to for all of my travel needs, this hotel is made me very uncomfortable and i don't want that to impact my relationship with Orbitz going forward. The AC and tv did not work in my first room when I checked in late so I had to move to another room which had a broken toilet, they did not move me from one room to another but instead gave me another key and sent me on my way. I left the first room unlocked so i could use the bathroom in it, they used this as reason to take my security deposit and charge me for 2 rooms which is completely unacceptable. They only have cameras on the first floor main entrances and there's at least 2 other entrances I noticed people sneaking in, which is completely unsafe to no be adamant about keeping track of who is in the hotel and where they are going. I asked to speak to the manager when his shift started, they said he was on a call, I waited politely for 10 minutes before realising I was being given the runaround, and leaving. The manager was available enough to speak into the parking toll radio box to let us leave the garage. Considering I have been double charged for a room that was not as advertised, and robbed of a security deposit by this hotel without any damage being done to either room that they took upon themselves to give me both keys and charge me for, I feel I am in a position to reach out to who brokered this bad hotel and see what can be done to fix this situation.

The property is close to the airport. Being that the quarantine was on, they were accommodating and cheerful. The room was great. I am not going to say anything adverse because of the situation but they did state they did not accept pets. One of the reasons I normally stay at La Quinta is because they accept pets. This is the first one I have ever stayed at they did not.

They charged several fees, which were not clearly advertised. The parking charges were ridiculous!

My 9th floor room had a lot of car noise from the street below.

Mattress was old uncomfortable. Loud street noise all day long. Parking is $30 per night no comps

We liked everything about our accommodations. However, it would be nice to have a safe in the room

I wasn't there very long. 1 night before a flight early in the morning.

We only needed to stay for one night. Great proximity to LAX, they offer a free airport shuttle that runs every couple minutes or so. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

Your hotel is a nice place to spend the night as a layover between Milwaukee and Hawaii . We look forward to staying there again on our return flight to Milwaukee

Had low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised. 1 bedroom suite was very comfortable and quiet. The desk was in the bedroom which was handy for me to do work since my son was sleeping on the sofabed in the adjoining room. My son (17) didn't care for the breakfast, but I liked it a lot better than what other hotels call "breakfast" - it was served in chafing dishes with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. - that all actually looked and tasted fresh. Coffee was decent. Actual plates and silverware. Somewhat crowded seating area but lots of tables and chairs. As other reviews have noted, the shower took a few minutes to warm up but eventually was fine.

We waited at the airport for 40 min - no shuttle. Finally another hotel shuttle gave us a ride because they felt sorry for us. Parking is an outrageous $30 day or $4 an hour - for paying guests, and there is no place to pick up or drop off without entering a paying area. Then my card got charged an extra $100 for a deposit on top of all the room costs. According to the manager, it should appear back in my account “within 2 weeks.” He said all the hotels do this, but I’ve stayed in many hotels there and around the world, and I’ve never seen it. Don’t stay here, you’ve been warned!

Despite slow service at the bar, they compensated it by offering be erages on the house.

The property is close to the airport. Being that the quarantine was on, they were accommodating and cheerful. The room was great. I am not going to say anything adverse because of the situation but they did state they did not accept pets. One of the reasons I normally stay at La Quinta is because they accept pets. This is the first one I have ever stayed at they did not.
