Easy gsrage, restaurant open late hours, close to the airport

The property is undergoing extreme renovations was unfortunate because I booked for the amenities and none were available to me. Also the room smelled of mold and pipe water when using the air conditioning or sink water.

The room in the 7th floor is noisy due to renovations. I was not able to sleep in day time. I would like to sleep due to my long flight that day.

Hotel is in a good place, and we were very comfortable

My room was nice as it had a microwave and a fridge. However, neither of my room cards worked the first time so I had to go back to the lobby to get them to reset my keys and my wife was waiting in the hallway with all of our bags. Online when I made my reservation, it stated free parking but i had to pay $25 per night for parking. I told them it said online there was free parking but the guy at the deak did not really acknowledge and just said nope, $25 a night. The entire experience was okay.

Good location, price and breakfast. Hotel under renovation, no bathroom door....room key did not work.

Selected this property because of the pool for the kids. Was not informed that the pool was closed. Had to use Holiday Inn pool, no bathrooms available for non guests. Only two ice machines working. In and out parking was a pain.

No customer service. Not helpful or friendly. Rude staff.

It was great but the breakfast wasn't ready till 6am, meanwhile i have to leave before 6, and there is no room service for the hotel restaurant.
