I stayed here back in February. Aside from the remodeling it was a good experience. I chose the property as a home base for various places I wanted to visit in LA. It was clean and relatively inexpensive given the closeness of the airport. Staff were friendly and professional. I did get surprised by the parking fee, but I understand now that this is common for LA. All in all, a good 4 out of 5. Thanks for taking good care of your customers.

They are in a renovating status, but the elevators were horrid...I thought I was in a low class hotel. My room was great, the food was great, the Staff was excellent. If I had the choice because I was just there to catch another flight in the morning, I would have left, but when I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised.

I loved the decor of the room. It was very pleasing.

We stayed here before and after our trip from LAX. The rooms were clean and nice. My only complaint about the room was that the lamp has USB plugs for charging your devices. Normally, this would be nice BUT the room turns the plug off automatically after a short period, so you wake up to find your cell phone/laptop/camera really didn't get that full charge while you slept. They offer to let you leave your car while you're gone. They recently raised their prices so that it is no longer cost feasible. I can park my car across the street for much, much less. A little inconvenient, but on my trip I saved over $100.

Everything was good except that hotel charged $25 per night for parking. When I searched this hotel, it clearly indicated that parking was free but not the case when I checked in. Not sure Orbitz reservation system has wrong info or Hotel provided wrong info.

Staff was great. Room was nicely redone. Bed was comfortable. Property was undergoing renovation but it was not a problem.

Convenient location. Easy access to airport and freeways. Newly renovated rooms are spacious, clean, and attractive.

Staff was accommodating to my request, and check-in was super fast

Property and staff are excellent, definitely will recommend this place!
