Loved the full kitchen. It was nice to have all that comes with that. Bathroom could have been cleaner but otherwise it was a good stay.

A very relaxing stay, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. I went to rest and felt that I had achieved my goal. I have monthly meetings, now on zoom, and I needed a safe place to do that quietly as it is meditative. The wifi was good. The room could use utensils, cookware, plates, cups, glasses, etc with the cost of the stay, as it is it seems you have to pay extra.

Not clean enough. Nobody was available to check me out. Some maintenance man showed up saying he will have them send me an email confirmation. No email sent up until this day for check out. I booked this hotel because it said that there were complimentary breakfast. Its hot water and granola bars!

Sloppy Maintenance, calk falling off in bathroom, leaky shower head, popcorn under bead, stains on carpet floor, and noisy rattle in AC unit. Also, the stairwell carpet was falling off, making a trip hazard. Plus side is that it looks nice on the outside, and the staff was very friendly. Internet service was not great.

The rooms were decent...the staff was good...bu the halls were smelly....like a damp fish smell..

Liked: Location, Safety Disliked: Pet fee $50 (high), no pet bags in any of their despensors and lots of poop on grass, $15 parking fee (not reasonable for that area), additional wifi cost for access above a certain speed (it was slow).

Poor breakfast choices, but stay overall good for price. They allow pets!

Front desk was rude they fail to tell you online that parking is 10.00 a day. My bathroom was old looking and the shower looked like it was molding. Next time I’ll stay extended stay in Burbank. Way better location and close to everything we need for our stay. I’ll never pay this much to stay here ever again!

Not comfortable I would rather go to a motel that do daily room cleaning.

Well, first thing, orbitz has to remove the breakfast option at this location. They provide some morning snacks, a readymade muffin, coffee, hot water, tea bags, instant oatmeal sachets which doesnt constitute to be a full breakfast option. Second, the utensils wont be available when you checkin. This was the worst part. Checked in @ 3pm, asked for utensils at ~3:15pm.They said, will take about 40 min. Called back at 4:15pm for 1/2 hr delay. Told them we have to cook our dinner. And they said they will send it to my room. At 4:45 I get a call saying they are busy and it will be late till 9pm!! I outrightly told them that, its not what I expected of them or extended stay america. They said they will send at 5pm. I had to go out at 5:30 pm so I went to front desk and the same gentleman who conviniently forgot said they dont have it yet and they cant give the untesils till 8pm. I said, because of this delay I have to have my dinner outside now for which he didnt respond at all. I came back at 5:30pm and saw lady at front desk and when enquired about utensils request, she went through the request list and didnot find my request!! She apologized and delivered them. Also, there is no room service on daily basis. They do it every 10 days it seems. They also charge for parking 10$ per night. I would rather spend 10$ extra with embassy suites than this going forward. No more Extended stay america for me anymore. The good thing is, they will give you as many towels as you want.

Gordon was the ABSOLUTE best checkin person. Armine, the unstoppable telephone follow thru queen. Give them both a big fat RAISE. I will come back because of them both.

Early in the morning at 6am , I woke up because of a big noise, the person at 2nd floor was jogging in her/his room for an hour.

Checking in could be smoother and faster. Rooms are larger than we expected and very comfortable.

Very comfortable. Very convenient. Not clear why they charge $10/night for parking since the lot is not secured. But overall this hotel is as advertised.

Nice place, had to change rooms due to some noise ( A/C compressor ? In storage room next door) First room #329 was very nice, second room #105 not as nice.

Sloppy Maintenance, calk falling off in bathroom, leaky shower head, popcorn under bead, stains on carpet floor, and noisy rattle in AC unit. Also, the stairwell carpet was falling off, making a trip hazard. Plus side is that it looks nice on the outside, and the staff was very friendly. Internet service was not great.
