This hotel is ok. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable enough. Pillows are foam and bedding is a thin blanket and one of those bed spreads that you fold down immediately. The staff at check in was nice, but the front desk is dark and unmanned after about 10pm. There is no housekeeping unless you are there more than a week- then they do it once a week. Breakfast consists of coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins- that's it. The listings say self parking, but they don't tell you it's $5 a day. Parking access is easy and there are plenty of spaces. The hotel tells you that you can come to the front desk and get anything you need for your kitchen- "a customized kitchen". Unfortunately, that means that unless you go down to get it, there is no coffee maker in the room- but it saves them money. Bring hair conditioner if you use it. The location is good for visiting LA- even downtown. It's about 30 minutes to the Hollywood-West Hollywood area.

Hotel had all the right things, including friendly staff,

Auto door closing mechanisms SLAM the doors shut all night long as fellow travelers come and go. A cat meowed all night in the room next door.

Saw little critters in the bed sheets. Idk if they were bed bugs or baby roaches. Either way, I left immediately.

We stayed at this hotel on 2/18/17 for 2 nights. We picked this place because it was close to Universal Studios. After a 4 hour drive that turned into 8 because of traffic, we were looking forward to just getting dinner, then crashing. We rented 3 rooms. We had 4 kids altogether, including a baby. First off, we requested a crib but none available. The response from staff was "just because you requested it doesn't mean we have it." Second, there were hairs on the towels, pillowcases and sheets. The pillows were stained. The sheets in one room were stained & had a horrible smell. The staff was able to replace the towels & gave us brand new pillows. But I was ruined for the rest of our stay. I tried to make the best of it because the kids were so excited for this trip. I will NEVER again stay at this hotel & I will tell everyone about my experience.

The room was nice and had everything that I needed for my 3 week stay. It came equipped with a kitchenette including dishes and silverware. I was happy with the accommodations.

Hotel.. close to appointments for the next day. Room was old but clean.

Hotel had a bug on bed, when I contacted staff about it the front desk woman never apologized and honestly did not care a single bit... All she did was change my room and looked bothered to do so... Absolute horrible experience.

Clean room, hot shower, nice pillows, and a really pleasant desk staff.

Experience was great. Room was very clean. Was taken care of in a timely manner, did not have to wait at all.

If you need a quick place to pull off Interstate 5 before you hit LA traffic this is a great choice very nice rooms and located in a good neighborhood within walking distance to some excellent restaurants. A 5 minute drive to a beautiful outdoor mall. Free parking free coffee and snacks for the morning I recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this hotel as an easy comfortable stay with amazing customer service (all 3 front desk people I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. This is also a great place to stay with your dog (dog friendly.) The room itself was adequate, nothing fancy but clean and accommodating. Perfect for someone who plans to be out and about in L.A. but wants to return to simple comfort. Honestly it was the customer service that was so great that really made the hotel a standout for me. I would definitely recommend it!

We arrived at the hotel at 12am after a 7-hour drive from home. My 2 very young kids were sleepy and tired. Then lo and behold the hotel manager tells me that our reservation didn't get through because their system was down for 4 hours that day. I told him the booking was confirmed and paid for but he was just sending us away and told us to go elsewhere because he was fully booked. What an inconvenience! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else like he told me to.

It was nice and comfy for a last minute decision. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

It was a great stay and close to everything I needed to get to!

Has kitchen, with 2 burners, microwave and full size refrigerator. Breakfast was only coffee and tea, cereal bars, muffins and fruit. Room was good size. Asked for receipt upon departure and was told it would be e-receipt and still have not received it yet.

I was not expecting something special for the money, but it could be better. There was no every day cleaning which we didn't know. Additionally, there was a leak in the bathroom somewhere.

Perfect location for where I needed to be! Clean, nice staff, sometimes a weird smell in the hallway, but overall was pleased with my stay.

Nice clean room. No complaints. In good quiet area.

Shelly, although you liked some aspects of our hotel, we apologize our hotel and amenities were not to your expectations. Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a homelike living experience. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. Please know our housekeeping is done once a week to respect the privacy of our guests, however, this service is provided upon request at a minimal fee. Please know kitchenware for your suite is also available and kept at the front desk to ensure cleanliness. We hope to have the opportunity to redeem ourselves on a future date. Sincerely, General Manager

We sincerely apologize for the situation you described. You are absolutely correct to expect a clean and bug-free environment when staying with us. We have contacted our pest control provider to address the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We work hard to make our guests happy, and we obviously failed in this case. Hopefully, you will consider us as your hotel of choice if you are in the area again. Sincerely, General Manager
