Hotel had been renovated, but the carpeting was old and worn. Self parking was not readily available. Restaurant for dinner was horrible. Good service, but short menu and our first two selections were out. Food was not good, for dinner. Breakfast was fine.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was in old armory section and was very nice, room was clean would definitely stay here again. Close proximity to restaurants and bars downtown.

This was a really great place to travel to and stay at. Me and my wife had a wonderful time, the room was great, the staff was really friendly, and just a great overall experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. Worth every dollar

Stayed here a lot over the years, hotel is beginning to show it's getting weathered.

loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Lots of historival pictures throughout the hotel. Much of the original architecture still to

Very nice hotel, excellent staff! Great location for Budweiser Gardens.

We stayed on the 19th floor, conveniently booked into the first room off of the elevator. The only complaint was that the elevator was on the other side of our room wall and the operational sounds of the elevator were clearly audible for the entirety of our stay. However, adjusting the climate control, to a high-level, did help to alleviate the irritating background drone of the elevator. The room itself was clean, comfortable and provided both an excellent and beautiful view of downtown London. We went to an event at Budweiser Gardens, which was a comfortable four-block walk from the front door of the hotel. The staff at the Armouries were professional: friendly, polite, knowledgeable and eager to please. Elevator noise aside, our stay at the Delta London Armouries was as a 4-star facility should be...clean, convenient, and comfortable.

This place looks great from the outside but once you get to your room you realize the truth. The rooms are kind of shabby. Don't get me wrong, they are not dirty or gross. It's just that everything is old and very worn. I also had a disappointing breakfast at their restaurant which ended up costing me almost $30 with tip (for just me). You can valet your car for $20/day or pay $12/day and park it yourself two blocks away. It's a decent location as it is close to many things which is nice.

We were looking for a place to stay a couple of nights in London near the Agriplex for a horse show. The Delta was close to the event and yet close enough we could walk downtown London during our free time. Excellent lodging - bit surprized at no continental breakfast - but other than that, a great couple days lodging.

The staff was very accommodating and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. they sent us Chocolate Covered Strawberries and wine after I mentioned it was our Honeymoon :)

The hotel is downtown. Very close to the convention center. It is also 5 min walk toRichmond street where many restaurants available and to the farmers market which is great for good coffee. But a word to the ladies to be carefull returning to the hotel at night. The only positive thing about the hotel is the staff. They are very helpful. Otherwise I do not recommend this hotel. It was much overpriced for what it is. Very old with no renovations. The carpet gives the impression it is dirty and smelly. I ordered a salad and cheese platter in my room for dinner and I paid 40 dollars for beaten salad and unwashed apple. They do not have safety deposit box in the room, instead there is those old boxes in the reception where you have to go and ask some one to get access to your stuff in a not clean back room. I am also disappointed in [...], I extended my stay and the hotel gave me 40 dollars cheeper rate. Over all not impressed neither by the hotel nor by [...]. I really feel being robbed. I travelled a lot and seen many hotels and to pay that much for old fussy TV and dirty food is too much

It was exactly what we were looking for while attending a party in London then a funeral in Windsor the next day. Snack plate sent up when we first sat down in our room was delightful.

Room next door had a small dog that barked and yipped all night. Very young children occupied hot tube till 10:00 at night when it closed. In morn hot tub out of order and pool was cloudy at 6:45 am when complained in morn nothing done about it
