A few hiccups with the check in and the tub drain, but hotel was a perfect location, clean and comfortable. Staff made sure to apologize for the inconvenience and made everything right.

Located next to a homeless shelter, we were entertained with yelling from there all night. Room was ok, but the beds were all sagging in the middle making for a painful sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were not made aware of charges for parking until we arrived, though thankfully it was only about $16. Would have been nice to know ahead of time as this was not the least expensive place and likely would have made the difference to go elsewhere.
