It’s a very nice place to stay, but what you pay for it. It should have a microwave in every room and a coffee pot
Great stay with kids!
Great Vacation destination
Excellent stay
Very quiet and clean property. The only single complaint I have is there was limited space in the pool lounge areas. People would place towels to reserve chairs and never show. If this could be prevented it would be more pleasant of a stay.
Great location, pools, bars and restaurants are very convenient
Like the location of property however had many dislikes such as pools were packed had to sit on side if you wanted to spend time at pool. Was not given “rooster” earplugs, Wi-Fi password or an itemized checkout bill. Bartender at restaurant was rude would not help us to check out as she wanted to wait on new customers and then screamed at me when I advised her she keep by passing us. We waited for 10 minutes to check out two drinks at bar and would have ate however could not get waited on.
I’d go back next year.
The people were nice when checking in but our room was disappointing. We paid extra to have a garden view and we got a view of the parking lot. House keeping is random and even came walking in our room at 8am after only knocking 1 time. They didnt even give us time to answer before walking in. The website description is not acurate and we were not told the pier was destroyed which is false advertisement in my opinion. The property is very spread out and the pools are not very big. The private beach area is small and hard to get to. Over all disappointed, especially for the price we paid.
It was a very excellent place to stay.
The staff at this hotel was fantastic! They texted me throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Through no fault of the hotel, the southern area is very smelly currently because of seaweed. The staff relocated our room mid-stay so we could get away from the stench. The pools away from the beach were great. This hotel sits at the quiet end of Duval.
GREAT location, pools & tanning pier!
Great location and nice resort.
The staff was unhelpful when we were disappointed that we weren’t getting a kitchenette when it was advertised on orbitz that all rooms came with kitchenettes. They said we could pay for an upgrade for a nicer room. We declined. We were married while there in Key West that week and my girlfriend and her husband sent us a gift basket that was never delivered to our room. It sat at the front desk for a couple days. I’m still trying to get her a refund from the resort and of course no response.
It was a very expensive hotel. We had to pay $50 more a day for amenities even though we couldn’t get into our room until after 4 pm and there were no amenities. Our room was on the backside of the hotel. Looking at the parking lot and the room was very small - fit a queen size bed and a bureau only. For what we paid we could have stayed in luxury in nyc
