Front office staff was rude and of little help regarding anything presented to them. Balance of staff around the resort were fabulous. Bugs crawling on the floor in our first floor room during entire trip, not sure if they were ants or something else, as they were tiny and did not bite. Probably just a Florida thing.

Check-in took over an hour, and the service we received from the staff was extremely disappointing. Our room had no AC and the room phone was not functioning, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. Each time we contacted the hotel using our personal phones, we were met with a dismissive attitude rather than assistance. This experience was very frustrating and unfortunately leaves me with no desire to return to this location.

Our complaint was that housekeeping removed 2 of our coolers and 2 bags of snacks/groceries when he or she came to refresh our room on Thurs. Feb. 12. We had to ask a gentleman outside by the cleaning cart to find them. We were grateful that he found all of it, but disappointed they used a permanent marker on the coolers to write the room number on and the date. Unnecessary!

So much fun. Close to everything. The pool and the activities at the pool were so fun. Bartenders were really nice and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful! I loved the espresso machine in the room lol. The garden and flowers outside were beautiful. The pier outside was great for watching the sunset. I really enjoyed the breakfast at the age.

Room was clean, hot water practically non existent and no in room communication with front desk, they rely on guests using their own cell phones to call the concierge’s who only answer when they are on duty! We experienced a propane leak in our room overnight and couldn’t contact anyone to after 8:00 am when they came on duty. The breakfast is served on a patio which has a large pigeon problem flying on to the tables to peck at food that was left on plates.

Staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping came every day. The food at the Beachside Cafe was good,but the menu lacked variety. I was hoping for a few seafood choices. After all it is a seaside resort. Overall though it was a very nice place and we look forward to going there in the future.

Room small, bathroom could barely turn in it. Chickens wake you up EVERY MORNING! Could never get help quickly at the front desk.

Location and amenities were great. We enjoyed our room. I have to point out the young man at the front desk that seemed to have been there all the time. What a hard working individual.
