We liked the beachfront rooms. Walk out your door and you are right on the beach (although not a swimming one). Multiple pools, including an adult pool is great. Service in the restaurant was not great. We were told that there would always be bottles of water at the valet stand but they were usually out.
the location and clean aesthetic decor were great, food was wonderful in beautiful setting....all in all perfectly lovely
Sheets were not changed daily, floors not cleaned daily
All the staff were wonderful and helpful. The location is good, minutes from downtown but away enough that it's quiet, across from a shopping center and next door to a Walgreen's if you need anything.
The complementary upgrade to waterfront was a nice surprise. The resort was very inviting. One thing i disliked was that there was no option to aelf park
Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff, they are very attentive to their guests need and try to do everything possible to make sure their guests are comfortable.
Relaxing atmosphere. Everything you need to enjoy Key West.
So beauiful great staff. Only problem no beach acess to water
Nice hotel /resort, a little further out from downtown but worth the drive for the price and privacy. Room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, awesome shower and amenities and a porch with 2 chairs and small table, and a sand area with palm trees and lounge chairs. Staff was very friendly and acommodating. Some of the facilities were not ready for business, the bar and restaurant, but they did a great job modifying it with a Beautiful portable bar and breakfast served in the lobby, which by the way was delicious. Overall rating is 5 stars!
Very nice staff. Nice place. Would return in the future
Friendly staff clean rooms and nice breakfast! This resort will be fabulous once renovations are done.
Pretty awesome place. Still recovering from hurricane damage but the hotel did a great job of providing extra attention and perks Out room was spectacular
Very accommodating. Very clean . Staff very friendly. Valet service annoying No laundry service Hidden fees. Will never stay here again. Very difficult to say I liked dealing with the staff very friendly. Henry and Claudine are great people. The hotel was clean . I really didn't like having to surrender my car valet parking and having it Bill it to the room $16 dollars a day or else you can't park there. That was a nice tourist trap. Especially when they park your car in front of your room but you have to give your keys to the valet every time you enter and leave the property. I was explained that this is a conveyance " no it is annoying" Hidden fees ... In addition to the unwanted valet service you have a resort fee amount ing of $25 dollars per day. Matter not if you even use the pool. Then the icing on the cake. No laundry service. Was told to go down the block to another building a mile down the road to wash my clothes before going home. Parrot hotel beautiful expensive and inconvenient . I was explained to that I was informed that I should have read my emails better. Well that maybe true I 've should have read the fine print and maybe next time I'll have my lawyer read my trip itinerary before agreeing to book a trip anywhere . Not coming back to this resort
Defininiteky not a 5 star resort as advertised. It Is a nice, medium range resort but it should be improved. The four swimming pools are nice and quiet with luxuriant tropical vegetation. Our "water view room" had, in fact, no view of the water, since a bush has overgrown and the lagoon is not visible from the ground floor room. Which has, though, its advantages, since it has a sandy path . But we were told that, in order to actually have a water view, we should have booked a "waterfront room". Guests beware for the future. Service is not exactly a 5 star hotel ,especially at breakfast. Pancakes are horrible . Waffles are good. But they come with no fruit or any accompaniment whatsoever., despite their cost. When I asked for little jam /marmalade, as it is customary in breakfasts, I was thrown some small packages on the table, without even placing them nicely on little plate . Please teach some manners to the waitress, especially the grumpy robust lady. If you need any bottle of water for the night, beware, the restaurant is closed and, in any case, nobody would sell you a bottle . Go to the supermarket outside the resort, we were told. On the other side, I wish to praise the cleaning lady, our room was impeccably cleaned, and the shuttle driver, a nice boy from Haiti, who works up and down from resort to downtown and back from morning till tlate evening. location is nice But no amenities (food, beverage).only chairs and sunshade. Better change beach, there are plenty.
