This place was great. We had two rooms, and both were well maintained. The sandy beach is spacious and the water was perfect with the exception of some seaweed when you entered the water. All in all this is the best hotel on the island with a beach and pool. Also all of the best restaurants are within walking distance. If I return to Key West I’ll be staying here again.
I did NOT like the fact the hotel was out of water at night. We couldnt flush toilets, take showers etc... And the valet service was NOT AVAILABLE cerrain hours of the night . When we were told we were paying 37.00 a day/night for VALET. The ceiling fan in room did NOT work. A/C was working properly it seemed like. We were only there for 1 evening and it cost 1300.00 dollar's and just didnt feel like our expectations were Not met and the VALUE definitely fell short
Beautiful beach area with plenty of chairs and umbrella with beach service. Spectacular Pier with a gazebo. Great restaurant and workout room. Pool area was very nice. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. A lot of unique things on the property as well!
What a wonderful place to stay in Key West. A beautiful property that fit the vibe of the area. Incredible location where we didn’t need a car for the whole week. Friendly staff. Clean and well-kept resort.

If you're looking for a place with a good beach this is the ONLY hotel on the island that has one! It's not a huge beach, but there is ample space and it's clean and there are NO rocks!! The restaurant is AMAZING and I am very picky about food. We ended up eating there everyday and on some days we had both lunch and dinner. Most notable items on the menu, (Lunch) Smoked Fish Spread and Mahi Tacos both incredible. (Dinner) the Grouper with Miso-Chipotle was incredible and the Fish and Chips was fantastic. There were a few little hiccups with housekeeping in the room, but a call to the front desk resolved all issues. Just a tip, don't rent scooters from them, there is a place about a 3 minute walk away that rents them for $30 a day. We will definitely be going back.

The Reach is absolutely beautiful! The pools and the private beach are perfect for relaxing. The property and staff were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed time there!!!
Loved beach front and access! Staff friendly and helpful. Four Marlins had great food. Would definitely return again. Could walk to everything! My only disappointment was I expected beach front view from description on room I chose but was really to the side with partial view
