Staff was very friendly. The room was simple but fine for our needs.

The room was very nice and clean. The area was safe and quiet. Barby checked us in and was extremely helpful with providing us a map and tons of information and recommendations. She goes above and beyond to make the guests feel at home.

Very quiet, loved the room, a longer walk or short taxi ride to Duval street. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It was in walking distance to everything. Not enough parking but that is key west.

Property is within walking distance to most things, although a bit of a walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Property owner is wonderful. Has lived in the area 40 years and is knowledgeable about the history of Key West, the Dry Tortugas, etc, as well as where to shop or eat. There is a nice large Jacuzzi for a pool. The breakfast is not much, bagged Lender's bagels with option of cream cheese. butter or peanut butter.

Great location. Easy walking distance to so many things. Barby was very sweet and helpful. We will go back again.

The property was adorable, quaint, very clean and well taken care of. It was quiet and was secure at night with all outside gates locked. Guests get a key to back gate. Each room had outdoor table and chairs. The room we had, the Artist Room, was small but really cute and comfy. The staff was nice, the continental breakfast was great and we will definitely stay there again!

The place was just okay. Room was clean and bathroom quite small and not convenient. Breakfast was minimal; frozen bagels, coffee, juice, fruit and yogurt which appeared to have been previously frozen. The woman who checked us in was cold and unfriendly; we got the impression we were making her work. It is about a mile from just about anything. Sitting out by the pool was not enjoyable since the circulator was just a few feet away and quite noisy. All that said, the price was reasonable.

A bit out of the way, but quiet and an excellent deal

a little further from the activities than I would have liked. Room was great though. There was a strong smell of cleaners though. the cat was cute.

Great. My only gripe, provide better WIFI. Every thing else is glorious about this place.

Beautiful property! Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely room!! Only downfall is that it's just a tad too far away from downtown.

A little off the center of historic Key West, but still very well-positioned and quiet. Good Jacuzzi pool. Parking is on the street, but readily available.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, the neighborhood was mostly quiet, but close enough to the downtown area (about a 15 minute walk) and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Two things to be aware of: we were told there was free onsite parking, however, there were no spots available onsite when we arrived, and it looked to me that there was jus a small driveway that allowed for two cars to park. We were able to find street parking, however, on the side of the hotel, which was free and there were restrictions. Also, the wifi did not work in our room, as the signal seems to only work in certain areas. If this is important to you, make sure to ask about these things when you book!

The hotel is a bit of a distance from Duval St. in Old Town. You get to see more of the normal neighborhood in Key West. We had a small room on the ground floor. Seemed clean and had a small fridge for your beverages. Nice little courtyard where there served a continental breakfast. Had a small hot tub but never got to use it. Hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything. Enjoyed our two night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay another time.

Location, staff and facility, all nice. Like a sweet home in Key West
