Quaint boutique style hotel

Great little boutique style hotel. The on-site bar for happy hour and pool drinks was a nice touch. Coffee in the morning added bonus! Great location, close to everything and friendly staff!

The BEST in Key West!

When I was looking for a place to stay for our honeymoon I found the Orchid Key Inn and read through 100’s of reviews. Every single one was 5/5, I couldn’t find a single negative thing about this place so of course I booked it! As soon as we arrived, we knew it would live up to the hype. The area is so quaint and secluded while also being conveniently located to everything. Rodolfo was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He poured us champagne and left us a note with chocolates on our bed. Tina and Trudy were absolutely wonderful and so fun to talk to, share stories with and ask questions. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. All of the bartenders we had during our stay were phenomenal. Niall, Alex and Randy were such a good time and made the BEST drinks to enjoy at the bar or poolside. The complimentary continental breakfast every morning was one of the best we’ve had and Janae greeted us every morning, alway made sure we had everything we needed and took the best care of us. Carlos and Cindy were wonderful as well! The entire staff was so kind. One of my favorite things about Orchid Key is Mr. P, the resident cat. He’s so sweet and well behaved and will hang out by the pool with you or just enjoy his catnaps inside the lobby. He even came in our room to visit! The property is beautiful, clean, kid-free, convenient and just absolutely amazing!! We will stay here again and again!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Key West. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Property was in a great location! Cindy was awesome and arranged a golf cart rental for the week for us. Morning breakfast was nice and evening happy hour was great as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was amazing. Tucked away in the palms! Super clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and helpful. They will even make recommendations and reservations for you. Super walkable to all kinds of attractions and dining. The breakfast was perfect to start the day. They have bicycles to rent and can help get golf cart or scooter for you! Definitely go back!

The staff at the property were all amazing. They had wonderful recommendations - not just the usual stuff that they recommend to every traveler but they really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find what we wanted. The bar staff were ridiculously fun and kind every afternoon and evening as well. The breakfast each day was well stocked, clean, and the staff person there was helpful. The pool was really clean and always had chairs, clean pool towels and it really hit the low key energy we were looking for.

My wife and I have stayed here before and just love the small hotel feel, but large on amenities! It's right on Duval Street so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Downside is the 30 additional dollars a day for parking. Love this place!

Our second stay at Orchard Key and im ready to book my third! Everyone at the resort is the BEST! Absolutely the kindest, sweetest and most pleasant. Top notch service, the cleanest hotel rooms ive ever seen. And who could leave out their offical, unofficial mascot, Mr.P. His headbutts make you feel so special.

Our stay at the Orchid Inn was as perfect as it could be. We were there the week of Aug 10, and from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and attentive. The staff was always going out of their way to see if we needed anything and sometimes just to talk. Their knowledge of Key West was impressive, and the housekeeping staff had our room looking like the first day every day. (The Oreo cookies left each day was a very appetizing surprise). I would encourage anyone who wants to be in the center of things, but enjoys a little more quiet in their fun, to check out the Orchid Inn. My wife and I cannot wait to return! -Rich
