If you are including a breakfast there should be at least 1 main item, (like Eggs/ waffle) that is what I'm used to down there. Not Toast and beagles fighting off Pigeons. Pool towels were never accessible, Rooms were run down, lots of rusty things hinges, bottom of the beds. There were tables or desks in the room, no work areas. My dead bolt didn't work properly. Good news is that there was a free starbuck maching in the lobby

This is a good, no-frills option here in Key West. There are multiple swimming pools and a hot tub, each at a different temperature which is very nice. The staff was friendly and free breakfast is provided. The rooms are definitely a bit worn down compared to the photos on the website. They were clean and the beds are very comfortable but they're not in the best condition.

I paid for what I got so to speak.. I wasn't looking for the Westin or anything else PLUSH for the price I paid. It was comfy and clean and served its purpose. We were there for less than 18hrs. Thank you & I will stay again while doing a quick night out of town.

As a Gold member, I should have been offered an upgrade and a bottle of wine...neither was mentioned until I asked for it. The common areas (stairs to room, hallways) were dirty, although the room itself was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel needs a face-lift.
