The Pier House used to be the best hotel in Key West. Not anymore. It was run down, the front desk and bar staff were not friendly or helpful, the room was musty, the beach area was dirty and not maintained. It is time for an overhaul of this once fabulous hotel. Very disappointed.

Pier House is a great choice to stay in Key West. Location is perfect, at the start of Duval Street. The pier is a great location to watch sunset. Room was very well appointed, clean, just loved the balcony water view! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The Pier House Resort is very well maintained. It is a gorgeous property and super close to everything. We ate at the restaurants a few times. The food was great!
