I booked balcony view and we got the view of the back end of the cafe/bar . Listened to their hvac system while outside and the obnoxiously loud fountain that at night would gush water. Then on top of this was the ants in the room. They were all over the coffee area . Getting in our food . Had to throw away food. Also in the bathroom had ants fall down into my underwear. They said they were sending house keeping but if they came this needed more intervention. Hate to say this our room was nice. The air conditioner comes on every 15 minutes right above your head so another bad point. At $950 a night for the weekend. It makes me ill.

The room was wonderful, especially the Lanai! It allowed us to to enjoy quiet coffee by ourselves every morning and a peaceful night cap before bed. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location to stay. The close proximity of nightlife and easy access to high end dinning along the ocean.

It's not a 4-star hotel. Beds are not good. A/c machines are very old and giving sound. Hotel rooms that I got are closed room. There are bad smellls if we go outside the balcony. Hot water was not working. After reporting they resolved it.

We did not receive the Expedia VIP $110 resort credit or room upgrade. Balcony view was not scenic and blocked by trees. There was no beach view from our room. Room was small and AC unit was either freezing cold or hot. To close the room doors, you needed to slam the doors to close which was very loud. For over $900 per night including taxes, parking and resort fees, we were disappointed. I'm sorry, this is the first negative review I have ever given. One positive, the staff at the beach bar and the on the beach were very nice.

Room was old needing updating. Ceiling had water stains and lacked a chair. Lania was more like a jungle lacking any view. Room was not at all like it appears on expedia. Staff were courteous and friendly.

The room was spotless and all of the staff was friendly and professional. Beck in the restaurant was absolutely the best server I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled many places. Lee set us up on wonderful adventures and was the best concierge I’ve ever had!! The Bellhop helped everyone and was friendly to all. The beautiful and well maintained property was great but the staff made our stay an happy experience of a lifetime.
