Location is great. Place is very clean and well kept. Staff does not seem to be very friendly or welcoming (except for girl at reception area). Bring what ever you may need because the room is not very well stocked and mgmt is not on premises all day.

Fantastic location, great spacious room, nice facility. Would definitely stay here again.

The AC in the room made a terrible nice , and it wasn't releasing cold air . Just room temperature air.

Excellent stay in a beautiful room. Great location. Will return

It was lovely, the biggest detriment was the price and the additional fees. Nice location

Liked the room and pool. Friendly staff and good location. Disappointed in the breakfast.

We were in a king room on the second floor of the first building. We were given a parking spot inside the gate since we did not plan on using the car while there. The door to our room opens from a shared balcony with 2 chairs and a small table on each side. We did not use these but our neighbors did (at 3am and were NOT quiet about it). The room opens into a living area with couch, TV, coffee table, mini fridge, microwave and nespresso maker. Then a small hallway with full length mirror, closet with safe and a vanity with sink. The bathroom is standard, tub/shower, toilet and sink. The water doesn't get very hot but warm enough to shower. The bedroom had a king bed, bench, 2 side tables, a few lamps and a TV. The door would not close all the way due to the floor. It was lumpy as if it was bowing. Not a big deal. There is a pool and small jacuzzi that we did not use but saw people in the pool. They also had bikes (but again we did not use). We also did not eat at the continental breakfast but I did stop by for tea. They had cereal, toast with jams, fruit, coffee and hard boiled eggs. They also have happy hour with wine and cheese (saw the set up but did not sample). Was not happy about the surprise "resort fee" which was about $29 A DAY and then there's parking which was about $25 a day. It was centrally located one street over from Duval right in the middle. Easy walking. CLEAN! I would stay again knowing there's about another $115 tacked on to the total.

Quiet Secluded Clean Pool is awesome Close to everything

Cozy, charming, clean property. Great location. Staff was extremely helpful.

Todo es perfecto, la habitación, el baño, la cama, el living, el balcón, el desayuno, la pileta...sigo ? La ubicación, etc. Todo es poco para describir la belleza de este hotel.

Gorgeous pool, clean room, outstanding location near Duvall

Had a great staff excellent and friendly would stay there again

Great place we had our own private cottage. It was very nice. Hotel check in and check out was a breeze.

This hotel is close to all of the activities. We parked at the hotel and walked to everything because parking is an issue here. Be prepared to pay another $48.00 when you check in for parking and maintenance. We stayed in the Sapopilla cottage, which has two full bedrooms and two full baths and can comfortably accommodate six with the fold out sofa bed. Also has a refrigerator. Televisions are in every room.

We had a great visit! The room was very nice and the pool and hot tub were great. The hotel staff went out if their way to meet our needs and we enjoyed the quiet space. We will definitely come back. Thank you for helping to make our visit so nice.

Hello , we rented the Gumbo Lumbo cottage and it was fantastic. We were celebrating our anniversary so we rented the cottage. It is spacious and there’s plenty of room for you and another couple. The hotel is located close to everything but far away so that your not bothered by the noise of Duval Street. Will definitely be back in July.

I loved everything there! Staff is very friendly and rooms recently were remodeled. Super clean. Amazing pool and hot tub (can be used anytime even at night). Safe and beautiful place.

Quiet. Relaxing. You can walk everywhere. Greg at the desk is very helpful!

We arrived late but they already had thing ready for us. Very clean. Centrally located. Continental breakfast was well laid out. Would definitely stay again

Melissa, thank you for taking a moment to leave us this thorough review of our property. We are delighted to see that you enjoyed our clean and centrally-located inn. We would like to take the time to address some of your concerns. We take immense pride in providing a clean, and quiet oasis in the middle of Old Town. If at any point during the night other guests on our property begin to loudly disturb fellow guests, we encourage you to call our overnight security number. Our overnight team is more than happy to assist with any issues in the overnight hours, including a noisy neighbor. Similarly to any maintenance related issues. We have on-call maintenance available 24/7 should any issues occur during your stay. Additionally, we apologize that you felt surprised by the $24.99/day amenity fee, and the $28/day parking fee. We do our absolute best of making our guests aware of these charges prior to booking, including advertising both prices in the, "Mandatory Fees& Taxes," and the, "Optional Extras," categories respectively. We hope that you consider this response, and hopefully, it has answered the concerns during your stay. Looking forward to hosting you again for an even more relaxing and blissful stay in Paradise!
