The property was very green, with large plantings and hedged areas. Our room turned out to be a two bedroom cottage with it's own back porch. Everything was stylish and clean. The property is close to dining and the Hemingway House (across the street). Duval Street is only 1 block away with dining, drinking and shows! I have stayed here before and will stay again.

Second mother / daughter trip to Key West - first time staying at Lighthouse Hotel. We loved it! The hotel is charming and the location is perfect. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Pool area and bar is great and we enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning before venturing out for the day. We rented bikes to get around and this location was ideal - easy ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great stay and will definitely book this hotel again!

The Light House Hotel in Key West has always been an enjoyable stay. Right from Checking in at the desk. The staff if so welcoming also the staff that prepares and sets up the complimentary breakfast service and my most Recent visit during the bars remodeling the” Grab and Go Breakfast Service was so nicely prepared and displayed always kept fresh. My room was kept clean and fresh. The location is right there near everything.

We love so much about Lighthouse Hotel from the staff to the grounds to the location. This was our fourth stay and we’ve never been disappointed! We enjoy the cozy room with our own patio (we were in room 1), the complimentary bfast each morning and the roosters/hens (be nice to them - they are part of the experience), chilling in the pool area and the bar. The grounds are kept PERFECT. Shout out to Lemi. She is a true hospitality expert - goes above and beyond. Love being off of Duval where it’s quiet but easy to walk anywhere. Blue Moon cafe is a must!! Key West is definitely our happy place. We’re so grateful for each and every experience. Thank you, Lighthouse staff. Don’t change a thing about this property!

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool required some unexpected maintenance while we were there so it was closed but they did offer pools at sister hotels which was nice. Breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our visit.

We had a lovely time at this property. The staff was lovely. The suite size was great but could use a little love. We did not use a car they entire time (except to and from the airport) and were able to walk every place we wanted to go. I would stay here again.

Pros: We loved the location. It's so easy to walk to any downtown place via Duval Street with tons of restaurant options. Since this is a hotel and no AirBnB, you gotta go eat somewhere. You can also rent a golf cart or take an Uber to Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park Beach (best beach in Key West, except for overpriced bad food options). A golf cart is the best mode of transportation with 2 kids in tow. Walking 30+min in this humid heat, including beach gear, snacks and etc..., is just no fun. Parking around your hotel may be tricky and make sure you know the rules. We went off-season, so it was easy, but during high season-we have been told-it can be a challenge. If you book a sunset, snorkeling, sandbar or fishing trip on a boat, which I highly recommend, it only takes 20min to walk to the harbor or you simply book a cab/Uber/Lyft. The housekeepers were amazing and always made sure that we had enough clean towels. Beach towels are never in shortage and available to pick up by the pool area 24/7. Cons: The pool is very small, but then we didn't go to Key West to spend time at a pool. We prefer the beach and what nature has to offer. The marine life is just too amazing to dwell in a pool for us.
