Great rooms, really nice Key West feeling property, lots of palms and greenery all around. well maintained. Nice breakfast next to the pool included, bar area in the afternoon next to the pool as well. Staff was responsive to needs.

Great location!! Vintage decor! Great service! Love it!

The property is beautiful with a quaint feel and very lush greenery. The location is also great. Really close to so many different things. Rooms are pretty small and dark. And the pool is little and the chairs are limited. We were able to use the pool at the Bungalows and it was slightly bigger and more in the sun.

Great location close to Duval street. Complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus. I liked the flexibility of using the pools at other Key West Kimpton locations. Room was disappointingly small, especially the shower. Roosters started sounding off at 4:30am and continued through sunrise. Most of the buildings, outdoor areas, and furniture were in desperate need of some TLC. I imagine this is the average condition for most of the hotels in this area. First time my wife and I have been in Key West in 15 years. We had a fun time but it is very overpriced for what you get.

My husband and I stayed for our baby moon, and found the property quite charming. Our room was updated, modern, and decent sized. The outdoor areas were nice to lounge in the evening. There were areas that had hammocks, couches, tables with overhead lights. We found out you could rent board games, which we took advantage of. The pool could have been cleaner and better taken care of but being heated was a nice touch. Breakfast was also a nice touch but very limited. Our room was a little loud though and the roosters woke us up many times a night. The hotel also has a permanent feline resident Gary Cooper who we adored. Overall I would highly recommend.

Bartender Eddie was awesome. Didn't like the limited parking. Loved the hammocks and swing

You cannot beat this location. Within 20 min walk at MOST to any location.

I was in a bottom floor room with a balcony with extremely loud fan generators. Thanks Lighthouse Hotel for the worst room on the property. Glad I wasted $1200 in two nights. I will say the customer service team is wonderful. They are the only reason I would give this hotel a new chance in the future.

Perfect hotel and location. The hotel is situated in the middle of the island so, you can easily walk to everything. The property was a group of bright white cottages that provided a unique, and intimate setting. The pool is located in a protected courtyard and was the perfect spot to soak up the sun even on a colder, windier day. We will definitely be back.

Located across the street from Hemingway House and close to Duval businesses.

Property was nice. Front desk personnel were friendly. Unfortunately they said due to COVID they did not have housekeeping clean the room daily. No clean towels etc. trash was not removed. This wasn’t a major problem for us. Just annoying!

Brian, Thank you so much for your review and your feedback. Yes, unfortunately roosters are the "attraction" of Key West:) and not always liked by the tourists. We will definitely take a look at the property and take necessary action.
