Location is great, but our room was incredibly small, the AC unit is so loud you wake up everytime it turns on, half of the room has sunk down due to shower, and toilet leaking into the sub-floor. The vinyl plans are literally holding the room together. The shower isnt vented, you smell sewer gas as you shower, everywhere you step you feel like you're going to fall through. Also had a few roaches in the bathroom each day. We brought up the water damage to the front desk, and they're aware of it, pretty much smug and defensive about it. They have no problem renting this room in this condition. Continental breakfast is bare bones, bagels, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs. It's not a 200 dollar a night room. Go elsewhere.

Had a great stay here! Clean rooms, friendly staff and property is walkable to many sights, shops and dining. Pools were nice with shaded areas for seating and enjoying breakfast or having a drink. Would stay again.

The trip started with the Wicker House contacting us to make sure we were able to secure a late check in because they had not yet heard from us. We were so very appreciative and they made it easy for us to do so and make sure we were checked in and comfy upon arrival. The location is FABULOUS. Right where you want and need to be when visiting Key West. Beds were super duper comfy, bathroom big and shower worked great. The continental breakfast was just what is needed to get the day going with a little of this and that and enough variety to please everyone. Highly recommend the Wicker Guesthouse.

The location was fantastic- private and quiet, but close to everything. The pool and free breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and receptive, but we had to request towels and cleaning. The hottub was disgusting- cold and green. Overall, it was good, but they either need to clean out the hottub or stop advertising it.

We were there for a 4-day vacation. Great location, we walked to everything. Nice front porch and a good free breakfast. Truman- their kitten in the front office, was fun. Free Parking.

The location was excellent. Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful and always there to assist even booking places and excursions. Parking was good as we were able to park our rented golf cart in the front. However the rooms were not as pictured in Expedia. They were outdated and in need of repairs. The awning on the outside of our door looked like a hurricane had torn it to shreds and had been that way for a long time. The breakfast was nothing special...cereal, store bought muffins and thawed out bagels and pastries. The breakfast did not start until 8am. We got coffee across the street at a coffee place. The restaurant next door at midnight or shortly after decided that throwing their empty beer bottles into their dumpster was a great idea. Overall I would not stay there again. For the price there is better and I have stayed in better places in Key West before.

The staff was extremely helpful and spot on with their customer service. You would be hard pressed to find a more convenient location, it is right in the heart of downtown Key West. We did not have to use our car but one time, on the last day of our trip. We took a snorkeling cruise and had little time to get to the dock.

For starters, this is one of the types of facilities that you want to book a certain room not the hotel General reservation. Since this is a group of many buildings to it, and the quality of the room goes from a very basic room to a nice luxury room. We booked a room for five and luckily the manager was on site during check-in to move us to a room that would fit our family. Our first room was way too small. Reason for removing one star removed because the Wi-Fi did not work. The AC would not cool and TV wasnt working. We reported this at time of check-in and no maintenance arrived. We called the After Hours phone number. Nobody answered. Second day we checked on status, no work order. During our stay Wi-Fi never worked. AC had trouble keeping up with the high heat. We did figure out how to make TV to work. Requires input to be HDMI . I removed the second star as the building we were in the bathroom windows are clear glass. The shades were broken. There was no curtain. I was surprised to have a man start talking to me while I was in the shower outside by a window. I had small children with me. See photos.. Management was notified and they stated they would address the issue. Something that should've been addressed long time ago. Breakfast is basic. Facility was clean. Location is perfect.. staff was friendly, but overwhelmed by the number of clients during check-in. For a family of five we were paying over 500 per night. You pay for location.
