Property location is amazing. Pat at the front desk was super helpful at all times helping with parking, direction, recommendations for food and activities. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would love to be back!

Nice place, close to all the action. 2 pools and continental breakfast offered. Great location only one block off of Duvall St.

/the properties were close together and Duval Street and other restaurants and museums were super close.

Nothing

It is located in a very convenient place. It was clean, but we saw big cockroaches there and that really didn’t make us happy. The room it self was tiny for the price. Breakfast was great: great food choices and outside tables really was awesome. I loved the bohemian vibes but how I said those cockroaches really trowed us out ( mentally)

Property was overall good.

It’s right on Duval Street but in your room or at the pool it feels miles away. I really liked the balcony outside of my room. My wife and I would get a drink, sit on the balcony and listen to Jazz from the club next door.

The staff was very outgoing and friendly. The pool courtyard was tropical and cute.

Reasonable rate, great location, clean comfortable and safe. However, the toilet was not mounted to the floor, shower barely had hot water and WiFi password had to be used every single login. The walls were thin and we heard all outside noise to include roosters at 3 am. Finally the hot tub jets didn’t work.

Great experience and check in I was arriving late and Pat guided me into Key West late and after hours made sure I checked in fine

We spent the night here Saturday night, as our usual rental wasn’t available until Sunday. Our room was small but well appointed with mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We were on the 1st floor, room 103. We had a table and chairs right outside our room. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of loungers and tables and chairs. Breakfast was contin natal and plentiful. The thing that makes this place stand miles above the rest is the staff. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, so friendly and accommodating!!! They all treated us like old friends. We would (and will) stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel. Room was actually bigger than I thought it was going to be. Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall had a great time. I definitely would come back to this hotel.

The room was 10'x12', which included the bathroom, bed area and one chair. The bed should have been throw out along with the 1950's bathroom. Way overpriced.

Cute efficiency apartment within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is that parking is limited...3 spaces! You may need to spend time searching for parking on a nearby street.

We are so sorry to hear of the bugs. These palmetto roaches thrive in the palm trees and we work with Orkin but they are a factor in the Florida Keys. Every effort to keep them out of our rooms is done and we do not often hear of guests seeing them in rooms. I do hope your stay in Key West was pleasant otherwise.
