We stayed here for one night on our way back up the Keys. It was a decent price and was a decent night sleep. Rating is based on value and not comparing it to some fancy resort hotel. This is a solid choice for a night sleep in the Keys, with a restaurant on location that has good local food options. The view at their little pier is a nice touch.

Near the water front, near southernmost point. Had access to rental bikes.

I know Key West is expensive but I expect much more for these prices. The room was so small the bed was pushed against the wall. The bathroom was so small it only had a kiddie sink two feet off the floor. The room was right on the courtyard with people talking until 1:30am. Fortunately there was a noisy air conditioner to help drown out the noise. Coffee only in the am. No inside door lock.

You are paying for a hostel and you will get that experience. The staff is helpful and the facilities are hostel like. The staff works hard but given the hostel nature of the place they can only do so much. It's a bargain bin type of place so expect as much. You aren't given a ton of room, just a bunk and a small place for you luggage. It is a good 20-25 minute walk from the heart of Duval Street so not as close as the description says but not terrible if you don't mind a walk. Also the bunks could use a shelf to put your stuff, I told the staff that. I had to resort to sticking things under my pillow and being careful not to knock stuff off (I had an upper bunk). I would stay again if need be.

Extremely small, thin walls, tv doesn’t work. Upon check in my reservation was cancelled, I was told I was called the day before and did not receive one phone call.

There is no noise isolation at all in this place! I can't believe I paied 260+ for this motel.

When I check in, I asked about parking. The front desk staff is very in-patient to explain to me on how to find parking spot along the street. Overall, the room is small and not clean.

It was just perfect! Room was clean, neibourhood safe and close to everything we needed.

Close to 5K event...not a 5 star hotel, but wasn't looking for one. Good parking...for my bicycle. It is what it is...stayed here before, came back again.

Room really small no ice machine steps at front really high for my mom parking ok needs pool or share with other hotel cheap not bad

Great service. Extra bed in the room was unexpected and needed. Allowed us to check slightly later than checkout time. Great service overall.

The bunk beds felt unsafe and swayed when anyone moved. Beds were also noisy and all the noise from the street and courtyard carried clearly into the rooms. One tiny bathroom for 10 women was also bad. The common areas were nice enough. One staffer was pleasant; one was super weird.

I haven’t seen terrible room like this with very very expensive price. What was worse, there are only 10 parking areas and poor internet connection. So I parked my car in the street and turned off wifi. Please think about it again if you are planning to stay here.

FREE parking, just a few blocks from the Southern most point and Duval Street. Best value motel in a very good, walkable location! Front desk was very nice and room was very clean with plenty of clean towels and a large fridge as well.

Location was good on the South side of island in residential neighborhood. Room was very clean- housekeeper was thorough. Stayed in room with double beds. It was very small & for 3 adults, it was just not comfortable. We did have small bugs that randomly crawled across the dresser- they looked like ants?? We could deal with the small room & bugs because we were just there to sleep- but we couldn't sleep well because every morning at sunrise a gentleman sat right outside our window and talked loudly with random other people about politics, etc. the windows were old and louvered. They don't close all the way. So anything going on outside can be heard loud & clear in room. Also same type of window in bathroom & anything going on in there can be heard outside... yuck. we aren't usually too picky but this place wasn't for us. We checked out one day early. Seriously, Pay the money for a better place.

Had a great stay in Key West - very clean, comfortable shared amenities (tables, grill, kitchen, lounge chairs, hammock, etc.), safe, well-kept. Booked a private room and ended up with a suite that had a pull out couch and small kitchen. Great location - easy to go back to the room between activities and rest before heading out again, walking distance to Duvall and many other attractions. Certainly was no frills and some things had some wear and tear but nothing that prevented normal use and comfort. Would definitely recommend to those wanting to stay near the heart of Key West and not wanting to spend the big bucks on one of the other hotels. Would stay again if we go back!

This motel it’s way to expensive. Convenient location if you want to take a walk in the city. Very small room at least it’s clean . Cold water was not working same as the hair dryer.

Good motel, nice clean room, good price for Key West

Within walking distance of duval st, only a block or 2 from the ocean and the southernmost point. The hotel staff was super nice and allowed us to park there before check in, they do require a deposit upon check in. We booked a private double bed room and were upgraded to a suite for free. Mini kitchen, dining room, 3 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Very quiet. No pool, but a clean small courtyard and bike rentals. The staff seemed to want to go out of their way to accommodate us. It isn’t fancy, but it’s a great location with a great price in a clean, quiet, safe area (seasoned south Floridian here..)

Dear Kimball! Thank you for your feedback, his help us to improve our services and accommodations. Our apologies if the room noise was not as hoped and we will keep this in mind as we look to improve. Key West is a very high demand and expensive island you will find that the rate you paid was very comparable to the other hotels in the area. Thank you for staying with us. Best Regards
