We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely Grand Guesthouse. Everything was perfect from the check in with Jonathan to the clean, comfortable room and the delicious continental breakfast. We could walk to many locations of the main sites and used Uber which was always just a minute or two away. Highly recommend this guest house over any hotel and cannot wait to return !

It was a nice short walk to Duval Street of only 10 to 12 minutes so that was a big plus not having to deal with parking. I liked the boards with suggestions of where to go and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend

The location is pretty good, it's about a mile and a little bit more to Mallory square, but there are many things to see along the way. It has a nice Key West vibe to it, especially having the breakfast outside in the morning. And coffee is available 24 hours which we like
