We stayed in the apartment above the lobby . Very spacious and clean . The check in with Jonathan was easy and quick. We rented bikes from them , and it was a 6 minute bike ride or about a 10 min walk to duval . The guesthouse is located on a quite street parking is included and is right in front of the property . The outdoor spaces were cute and clean. They have coffee available all day and the breakfast is cereal, a bagel, or a danish and some yogurt. I will absolutely stay again .

Great location to see Key West. We were able to walk everywhere. Jonathon was wonderful - very helpful and extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was extensive and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Our room was an apartment with plenty of space and nice amenities. We would stay here again.

Everyone was just great and highly accommodating. The room was excellent, with one exception: the "futon" described in the room description was actually a pull-out sofa with a too thin mattress lying on top of the metal cross bars, which was hell on my ribs and spine. I just slept on the sofa instead, very soundly! But everything else -- great.

Your housekeeping team is excellent. I found the room spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend checking into small appliances for your establishment. Small fan was broken and your iron is very outdated. Other than minor details the stay was fantastic.
