Worst room I’ve ever had!! It took 30 minutes to just check in. Then had to drag our luggage up a steep flight of outdoor stairs only to open the door to our room and realize it’s smaller than our walkin closet at our home. Not even a closet in the room. Exterior wood on the building was rotten. We immediately checked out and went to The Opal Hotel.

Nice place for a couple days stay. Convenient location to Duvall street. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it was full of leaves all the time. Only real negative thing is the room we stayed in was at the very top of the third floor, stairs very narrow and when you open the door you hit the bed. The door doesn't open all the way, only one person can get in, throw your bags on the bed, then the next can come in, if your not too tall and hit your head on the ceiling. And I'm only 5'4". There is a door and the top of the stairs that should be used to get to that room, but it was locked and taped off. Other than that it was a nice room.

Location of the property is excellent. They have a nice pool and breakfast he many options. The rooms are a bit dated but have all the amenities. The ONLY problem is that the room we rented needed a bigger AC unit because it didn’t cool down enough to where we’d get sweaty at night. Otherwise everything else was solid. Staff was wonderful!

The property is well located and the rooms are very comfortable, especially the King Suite. The bathrooms are old and quirky but overall it's a good place to stay right off of Duval. The pool has never been busy when we've stayed there (third or fourth time now) and the staff are all friendly. There are stairs and no elevators so know that going in. Only two levels so not a deal breaker for us.

The hot tub was great! Not too hot!! The breakfast was great. It room and walkway to the room- darling. LOVED this charming inn!! Can highly recommend it!

Dead roach in bathroom floor and the pool and hot tub need cleaning. Room wasn’t bad however you have ask for new towels each day and they will not change your sheets and they do not clean your room
