This NEWLY renovated two-bedroom two two-bath home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Come and enjoy the calming vibes and large open-concept kitchen and living room layout of the home. The large screen Smart TV is always a plus. With bay views from every angle of the house, you are just a head turn away from these stunning views. The oversize lot is perfect for parking a boat and jetski. With two boat ramps with full access located within the community. Not to mention the private beach steps from this home. The outside area is equipped with a beautiful porch with seating directly in front of the bay as well as a BBQ and plenty of seating for enjoying the outdoors and its views. A washer and dryer are included in the unit as well. And did we mention it's only a 45-minute drive from Miami?
