Ahh...you are here! Villa 124 at Mariners Club is a two bedroom, two and one-half bath luxury villa with stunning harbor and ocean view! A smart floor plan features a spacious open living space. A split bedroom plan each with king beds affords a private and relaxing atmosphere.

The master ensuite bath will wow even the most jaded traveler with a featured spa tub, a glassed shower and a separate toilet and bidet.

The guest bedroom has a full 4-piece ensuite bath as well.

he Livingroom with an expanse of glass overlooks the boating harbor out to the Atlantic Ocean and offers a queen-size sleeper sofa for the overnight guests.

A stunning cooks-kitchen affords the chef in the family an opportunity to be included in the family's goings-on as the breakfast bar is open into the dining and main lounge. Brilliant black granite counters, custom wood cabinetry and high-end stainless appliances create an exceptional experience. Quality to please the most discriminating traveler.

Yes I loved the pool. Hot tub not hot enough the employees were fantastic. Sorry I didn’t clean the room and take trash out. I couldn’t find trash bags. Forgot to put towels in bathroom. Father of bride I was not thinking clearly. I remember the note you sent out what to do. I Failed.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful waterfront marina condo. Has everything needed for a comfortable weekend stay plus a gorgeous ocean view, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, and large patio overlooking the bay. Perfect location with tons of eateries close by. Highly recommend!

Hot water issue

We didn’t have hot water the first day and then it took them until almost 2pm to send someone out the next day. We had to waste almost half of our day waiting for someone who was supposed to be there much earlier and by the time the water was fixed we had less than an hour for four of us to get ready for a wedding we attended. I would not recommend booking anything through Barefeet Rentals.

Great location and view, a few issues

The condo was beautiful and had an excellent view! Comfortable beds, but should upgrade to king pillows for king beds and have a few extra with pillowcases. Very spacious. Generally very clean, with the exception of a few details. The kitchen was nice but a bit of work needed for chipped cabinets, missing drawer handle, updated appliances, etc. We had no internet on arrival and also a problem with AC during our stay, resulting in too many phone calls for being on vacation and trying to relax. Also a problem with ants but was resolved quickly. Property manager Michael was excellent, very professional, responsive and followed up on everything. We have stayed at VRBO properties where the owner clearly tried to provide everything we could possibly need, plenty of dishware, towels, paper towels, soap, etc even coffee…the company managing this property provided the bare minimum in comparison. We did receive a supply of beach towels for use during our stay, which was helpful. We received numerous reminders to be out on time, when really they could have been flexible on this considering the number of issues that needed attention and phone calls from us during out stay. For the price we paid, we were expecting a worry-free vacation. The incredible location, view and attentive property manager are five star.

Keys Road Trip

This was our first stop after a delayed landing in Miami. We knew we would most likely miss the 5pm check-in deadline, which turned out to be no issue! We followed the detailed instructions to the lock box only to realize it was empty! No worries! The office was still open after 5pm on a Friday! The wonderful staff member was happy to greet us and give detailed instructions on unit location and area. Less than a mile down Rte 1 we were greeted by gate security Claudia. A wonderful lady who takes her job quite seriously and made us feel safe and secure during our stay. The property is well maintained and there are two pools. One located ocean side and the other elevated off of the clubhouse with a beautiful ocean view. There was ample parking and an elevator to get to the 2nd floor unit. The unit itself was large and spacious and well stocked with kitchen essentials, linens and beach towels. The bedrooms are large and each has its own en-suite. There is also a powder room off the main living area. A brand new washer/dryer was located off the spacious balcony in a storage closet. There was a large fridge, however the ice maker was not working. There is an ice machine by the clubhouse. The view from the unit is quite serene and we only heard people outside a couple times during the evening hours if we left our slider open. Although no walkable restaurants, we do want to recommend “The Italian Company” great homemade pizza and they make their own GF dough! The fish house is very good also!

We just checked out of the Mariners Club today and it was a gorgeous property. The view, the amenities and the pools were superb. We met so many nice people there. Our coffee maker was not working and it was replaced the next day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furnishings and overall unit. The listing photos don’t do it justice. More detail on cleaning such as greasy drawer handles in kitchen and a couple of surfaces throughout the unit would be appreciated.

124 Mariner’s is in a great, gated community. Loved the large balcony, watching the sunrises, and being on the marina to see the boats coming in and going out. Both pools were beautiful! Enjoyed the music playing at the larger one and the heated water at the clubhouse pool and the hot tub. Very clean grounds and large, comfortable condo. Loved the lighting of the gas torches each night and the keyless entry. The staff at Barefoot properties were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first visit to the Keys!
