The beach is across the street, and guests can walk to a boat landing, the shops and restaurants of the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center where they can enjoy a free hour of play. The condo complex offers a lagoon with shared docks, a swimming pool, and a children's pool.

When you return from the beach, you'll find a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Inside, you can relax in front of the living room's 40-inch flatscreen television with DVD player or a TV in either of the two bedrooms. In addition to the upstairs balcony, there is also a small deck with a sitting area at the front of the house.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
