Staff at check-in not very friendly and not very informative. Property is in good shape. Rooms clean and well maintained. No housekeeping at all during the entire stay. That is the only real negative I see and should be changed to at least every other day.

The room is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing is the beach (Coligny) is about 2 miles away. We have to drive to get to it. I suppose you can walk but will take you about an hour. Other than that, the hotel is perfect. I love the Thai restaurant that is right across the street.

The breakfast was fresh and hot. The view from our balcony was the parking lot. Front desk staff did okay, one girl does not understand what is being said to her, she just giggles.

This is our second time staying here with our dog and we can't say enough positive things about the experience. The hotel is very dog friendly, with some rooms having direct access to the dog friendly walking and play area. Doggy poo bags and disposal stations are available. They even welcome your pet with treats! Additionally, the rooms are recently remodeled, spacious and clean. Breakfast is included but we never make it over in time! If it is anything like the rest of the hotel, I am sure it is first class.

The room was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Unlike other Hilton Head places where furniture and fittings are quite old, this room had a heavy glass shower door, a large, lighted bathroom mirror, and an updated electric stovetop. The kitchen was well designed. The beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet. Breakfast was southern, with biscuits and gravy and sausages and a watch-the-machine-make your-pancakes setup. Staff were friendly. I would be glad to return.
