The room was large enough, but the bathroom was especially small and not convenient. There was construction going on the floor below us, and constant noise each day we were there. We understand the need to remodel, but overall condition of the building needs updating. The breakfast was limited (the same thing for two days in a row) and VERY expensive for what we got. Not what we would expect from an up-class Hilton property.

Nice property, Clean, quiet, great parking and friendly! I didn't like the UGLY roof and satelite dish view from my specific room (221), but I am sure other rooms are much better. There is construction and many construction workers currently. Didn't impact my stay

The crib we asked for and its sheets were dirty. Night manager said he was the only person working and would not bring up fresh sheets. Clocks in the room were all wrong. Elevators were covered in moving blankets. They sounded like they were going to break when you used them. In general, it was a very grungy, dirty feeling hotel.

Under renovations and construction. Room was dirty, candy wrappers on floor, no extra pillows or blankets left. Room was very cold. Thermostat not efficient . No room service available. We were told the entire hotel system was down so we couldn’t purchase any food after long day of travel They initially told us we could when we arrived and we told them we needed to get settled in and we would be down to order. Very disappointed with what they advertise for amenities .. luckily we purchased the breakfast on line as if we hadn’t we would have been charged 17 dollars per person in the morning to eat from their buffet breakfast. They said they would give us extra points on our Hilton rewards for the inconvenience but never did. I would not stay here again.

This property is udergoing a renovation but they need to keep up what they already have. This property does not stand up to Hilton's standards. The shower curtin was terrible and broken, the condiments were empty, there was no coffe table which we used to eat on, the mattress was terrible. I have never slept on a mattress this bad at any Hilton. It was hard, bumpy, and like the ones in a motel. Normally they are plush, soft and a great nights sleep. I was so disappointed.

The staff was courteous. They didn’t clean the room the following day. I hope they cleaned the day I left and there is no continental breakfast for free. You have to pay $17 per person, regardless of age or anything. Staff was very friendly very nice great location the only downfall was you know trying to grab something to eat quick to go in the morning and the Hotel room not being cleaned after my first night stay there.
