The room was clean and basic. This was okay. The lack of Staff available to to do perfunctory tasks like swap out towels was a decided negative. If the bath ware for a weekend can be accessed for the giving directly to the guest at the front desk, it should be delivered to the room. Otherwise the stay was decent. The staff was a the least neutral and helped if prompted. In one sense this is good, many people do not want to trip over staff, however, in another sense you feel the people were working short handed and a bit harried.

The staff was friendly at the front desk. The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. We enjoyed continental breakfast both days, but they downstairs area was cramped and, at times, overwhelmed. This made cleaning the area around breakfast difficult to keep up with for the staff.
