Couldn’t ask for any better
The check in staff are fantasticand friendly, the housekeeping needs alot of work, the rooms are not getting cleaned properly, housekeeping should be done daily unless requested not to have them, there should be a do not change bed card in the room so that way if one bed doesnt need changed they can change one and not the other, the kitchen was down so there was no continental breakfast. There was a giant bug that ran under the wall in the room.
Only thing was they are in the middle of a major remodel so the place wasn't as clean as it probably should have been. The staff were excellent.
I did not like one thing about the property. In fact it should not be offered through Orbitz or any other travel company. It was filthy! ALL THE WAY AROUND! The staff was not friendly and could not even understand them when they spoke because they spoke so fast and in their dialect it was not possible to understand them. I think it was because the front desk agent was doing something in the back room that was more important to him than the guests. He was never at the front desk. I have told the locals in the area never to recommend this Holiday Inn and I have told everyone about my disappointment in the place since I have returned home.
The hotel seemed to be well maintained and clean. Also had a nice complimentary breakfast.
