This hotel was very clean, organized, and attractive. I liked the amenities, even though I didn't go visit them. Pros: Staff - The staff here were excellent! The cordial young man at the desk (can't remember his name, but he's the front office manager) was very welcoming at check-in. Cynthia at the restaurant was amazing, and kudos to Anna at check-out. Room - Our room was very clean. Unlike other hotels, even though it wasn't a suite, the room felt spacious inside. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, I did stain blood on the sheets, but quickly got over it like it was no big deal. Cons: Nothing. Would I stay here again? Definitely would be a yes. Would I recommend it? If you are a luxury traveler, then I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott in Greenville. If you like small rooms, have a family of four and REALLY want your family to have an at-risk experience with chances of getting a regular room, with no amenities and just boring breakfast, then stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites next door.

I stayed there for 2 nights for the BMW school. The hotel is nice, but could use some updating. Some of the staff are great, some not so much, kind of hit or miss. I was there over the holiday period and the club room was closed and services were limited.

The place was super clean, I was put up here by BMW for my Driving Performance School and I couldn't be more thankful for such a great staff and place to sleep while attending the school. The hotel is super clean, spacious, amazing breakfast, had a lovely stay

Food was excellent. I had a grilled beef and the squash casserole. The squash was the best casserole I have ever had. Staff is excellent and the bar is a nice area for a drink. Decorated nicely for Christmas and hotel has ample parking

My wife and I stayed here again after a week with family for Thanksgiving prior to our early morning flight back across the country. Check in was smooth and was very friendly and pleasant. The room was as nice as always and we’ll be back next time we are in the area. Unfortunately we were only there about 9 hours so didn’t use any of the other hotel amenities. The shuttle driver to the airport was also very friendly and personable.

Great customer service by the staff. Everyone went above and beyond what was requested to make my stay that much better. No other hotel, at any star rating, has ever come close to this. Rooms were clean, bright, and had lots of amenities. If you are going to visit BMW for business or for the Performance Driving School as I did, this is your hotel - no question.

Service was friendly when we checked in. The hotel was very empty and no Platinum upgrade was offered. The cleaner that they use has a very overwhelming smell in lobby and in rooms. Rooms were fine but bath counter space is limited. The food in the bar could have been better. Burger so messy ended up not eating it. Easy parking.

I honestly have never had this happen, and I stay at Marriotts relatively often. We booked a room with two queen beds for our girls trip, and arrived late that night at the hotel, around 10:30. Unfortunately, they had given away our room. Due to the late hour, this was especially inconvenient - they had another but it only had one king bed, which wasn't enough for the four of us. The man at the desk tried to call his manager, but said there was nothing he could do. Since we booked through hotels.com, he said that our rooms weren't guaranteed anyway. (WHAT?!?!) We ended up scrambling around Greenville and finally finding another room at a neighboring hotel. So imagine our surprise when we got charged for our Marriott stay! I just got off the phone with them, and they said that we checked in and used the room so that's why we were charged. We never checked in and never used the room. The woman on the phone made it sound like I was lying and said she would have to ask the desk clerk, but "they wouldn't check someone in if they weren't there." I told her that clearly that's what happened but she didn't seem interested. She also mentioned that since we booked on Expedia, nothing was guaranteed - I corrected her and said it was hotels.com and her response was that "they're all the same." Don't stay here if you book through a third party - they seem to think you're subpar. Don't expect a room even if you pay for one! Make sure they check your ID - what the heck?! SO disappointed. I can't believe the attitude and unhelpfulness of the staff at a hotel like the Marriott. We are even rewards members and didn't deserve to be treated this way.

My wife and I stayed here because we had another reservation at the Holiday Inn Express Taylors nearby, but didn’t stay there because it was dirty and rundown. We fortunately found a room last minute at the Marriott, and were very pleased with the experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we received service as you would expect from a Marriott. The only very minor drawback was that the bed was too firm for me, but just fine for my wife. We felt in good company with the other guests staying there as well.

We stayed in this full service Marriott after arriving on a late flight. Best customer service I have encountered in years--from the time we checked in until the time we departed. Fast efficient check in and check out. We were tired and ordered room service, which was delivered expeditiously and according to order. After arrival, I learned that I had some unexpected work that I had to complete. Staff was very happy to accommodate all of my needs and scanned forms for me (without charging). The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. AC/heating worked well and temperature control was ideal. We asked for a quiet room (as per our usual custom) and were put in a room at the end of the hallway on 6th floor which was very quiet. We plan to book in this hotel again on our next stay in this area.
