We booked this hotel because of the “free” airport shuttle. The shuttle in fact is not free if you have an early flight. (Before 7am) it costs $10. I guess I was ok with that. Except for the when we got to the lobby and paid for our shuttle, the clerk said he could find the keys to the van. After 15 minutes of really just standing around he told us to get an Uber. Which cost 14$ plus tip. I asked for a refund of the room as they didn’t live up to their end of the bargain. He told me to call after 9 am for a manager. When I called. The manager dismissed my complaint and said because I wanted the shuttle before 7 am that I was out of luck. Even though the policy was that I had to pay and it was still available. (Which I did). I was kind in the phone. Never raised my voice, but continued to make my case. In the end, the manager hung up on me. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not stay here. There are better options.

The fact that a woman came walking into our room with a key card that was given to her by the front desk was horrifying. Mistake on the hotels part . Also, paper thin walls.

I was very pleased. It’s not a top notch hotel because the style and furniture is a little outdated but it is well worth its price. Friendly staff, clean room and bathrooms.

A Friendly Place
Check in was quick and friendly. Man at the desk was cheerful and conversational, which we appreciated after flying all day and checking in at midnight! Room was clean and comfortable, though a little bit worn. Everyone we encountered, including cleaning and maintenance staff, morning front desk attendant, and breakfast server were all outgoing and friendly.

Good location, clean and comfortable beds, excellent continental breakfast choices. One drawback was they advertise airport shuttle service and we arrived at 1:30 am no shuttle. Front desk said they stop at 11 pm and we’d have to pay for someone to pick us up. We may have chose a different hotel had we known.

I was very disappointed , it’s filthy hotel , the carpet smells terrible, the room stinks, the shower drainage was clogged, sinks couldn’t drain the water properly . The property has lots of things to work on it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone
