Very good clean hotel near all you want to get to in downtown Detroit. If you are going to a Tigers or Lions game it couldn't be easier! Staff was friendly and helpful as was everyone we interacted with in Detroit!

Great location!! Walking distance to stadiums and downtown!!

The location was perfect for a Tigers game followed by a concert at The Filmore. Rooms were very clean, and the staff was really great! We would stay here again for anything downtown.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. A bit pricey but I would go back.

Met and exceeded my expectations. I would stay again.

My only complaint is that the adjustable firm mattress was broke and I slept in a giant hole all night.

Everything at the hotel was up to our standards. My only complaint was the the adjustable firmness matress was broke on one side and was set on extra soft.

My stay was great at this hotel. Miss Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air! Such a nice woman and very helpful. The front desk is top notch. Darrell and Jerie just to name a few were nice professional n very knowledgeable of the area. Valet staff were good but Ryan stood out as being the nicest. I would recommend this hotel if you want to take an easy walk to comerica park or any of the other attractions in Detroit. Two thumbs up!

The staff was absolutely marvelous! They were very courteous and prompt when you needed something. They all had smiles and were great to chat with. I did not like the mandatory valet parking. For the price we paid it should have been included. But, I have to say I really liked the hotel and it is located close to where we needed to be. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar next door is loud, but I enjoyed the music!

We stayed here for a concert at nearby Comerica Park. While we couldn't have asked for a more convenient location, we were a bit disappointed in a few things. First, the air conditioning barely worked. We arrived about an hour before we were to leave for the show, and the room was set to 75*. Thinking this was just an energy saving setting, we adjusted the temperature down to 68*, and left for the show. When we returned, approximately 5 hrs later, the temperature in the room had only dropped 1 degree to 74*. At this point, we were both exhausted and did not want to change rooms nor be inconvenienced to wait up past midnight for a repair technician. Second, when checking out, the valet service did not have a phone number to call ahead. So we had to go downstairs and wait in line for about 20 minutes. I don't mind waiting in line, but when I'm forced to pay a valet charge it would be nice if the service was the utmost. All that negative stuff out of the way, the staff could not have been friendlier. They all deserve a 5 star rating while the actual hotel room and valet system is average, at best. I am not pleased to have paid over $200 for a room and parking, and will not be staying there again.

Great location for the game and the nightlife, had a great time in the D!

The staff was nice. We never got a chance to use the pool but we looked at it and it was small and dark and smelled VERY strongly of chlorine. The room was fine, a little dark but we didn't do much but sleep there. The only issue was parking. It was $22 a night to park in the hotel lot. Yikes.

Our experience was good except the sleep number bed. We try to adjust both beds in the room but the beds didn't adjust. IWe will ask next time for a regular type mattress. If not available, we wouldn't stay again. Also the music in the breakfast dining room was really bad and to loud.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Very quiet.

Three of us stayed over the Labor Day weekend (couple with 10 yr old). I rented the junior suite which consisted of a pullout couch, two TVs, king sized bed, fridge, microwave. The bathroom was of good size. We were on the 6th floor and it was very quiet. All of the staff were extremely friendly and engaging - including front desk, parking valet and housekeeping. I did use the gym. It is small as well as the pool. BUT the hotel offers free passes to the local YMCA which is right around the corner. The passes allow guests to use their three pools and gym facilities. We did rent a car - $20 a night which is pretty standard at most city hotels. Highly recommend a trip to the Henry Ford Museum, Rouge Factory and Motown/Hitsville. Location - GREAT location to Comerica Park and Ford Stadium. We went to two Tigers games and the walk was less than 10 minutes. Despite what you hear about Detroit, we all felt safe.

In the middle of it all. Between Greektown and the stadiums.

The hotel was just right for what we needed. Great location, friendly staff. We liked the safety of knowing you need a key to enter the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Great experience!

Nice place.. very clean.. close to everything!! Comfy room!!

The hotel clerk insisted that my 20 year old son, who was checking in, have a credit card in his name to charge "incidentals" (the room was already paid for online). They would not use my card (held by my son with me on the phone) unless I filled out a form and FAXed it back. Email was not an option. I don't have a fax and it was 11:30pm. Finally, after a lot of "this is our policy" talk, the clerk called her manager (he wasn't available earlier when I asked for him) and he allowed the use of my card. What a hassle!

Room smelled like smoke really bad. "non-smoking room!" Bed was comfortable! Staff was very nice! Not a bad place to stay. Probably would stay again. Hot tub SUPER hot, almost to hot and pool was COLD.
