It was new but some of the materials in the room were very inexpensive and damaged already.

Great Hotel. Great Staff. And great food and bar. What was not so great was the very busy street right outside my window. We opted for the Bay view, which we thought would be peaceful, but the street is right outside the window and very-very loud.

Lovely property. Very walkable. Nice, clean room. Great staff. Fun rooftop bar.

The room was slightly loud with noise from the street and the sound of running water. But, the staff was excellent as usual. I would recommend putting in a mini fridge/microwave in all of the rooms.

Hotel Indigo is in a trendy, up and coming part of Traverse City. Has a cool, hip feel. The only downside would be the expected amenities for what is a very high price on summer weekends and the $50 upcharge for valet parking in an area with no self-parking options. For the high price per night we thought the property could have thrown in a few bottles of water, but those were also extra charge.

Location is Great, Excellent food. Nice decor. Walk in shower was amazing. Only bad thing was the air conditioner was loud. You would think with all the advances in technology they could make a Hotel air conditioner that was quieter then the models they used 30 years ago.

Very nice hotel, great location downtown and near the waterfront. We had a bay side room — nice view but a bit noisy (a road runs between the hotel and the shoreline). Spacious, comfortable, attractive room. No mini fridge, ice machine down the hall. We ate breakfast in the cafe — very good food, preparation took some time (you are encouraged to pre order from your room).

Staff was excellent and friendly. We had a room with a view of the water, however, the road noise just outside the windows of our room was terrible. The hotel is immediately adjacent to a very busy roadway. They really need to replace the windows with more sound proofed windows. If you want a good nights sleep, ask for a room on the back side of the small hotel. Also they need to include parking in their room rates

Friendly staff. Clean room. There does seem to be a lot of noise from outside the building that we were able to hear, but we were right by a mechanical room.

Great hotel with great service. They could update the bedding/mattress/pillows it was a bit outdated/uncomfortable.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Stuff was very professional... Customer comes first...

The hotel is fairly new and is a great location across from the water with a rooftop bar. Although newer, you can tell the skimped out on the materials and things were made fairly cheap. The construction outside of the hotel right now is unbearable. Jackhammers going until nearly 4 AM and the walls are paper thin. I liked the location, the valet service, rooftop bar and friendly staff but think some of the waterfront hotels are a little more "worth it". I have stayed at many hotels in TC and while this is up there on my list, I hope they are able to figure out the noise.

Beautifully designed rooms, walk in shower in the exec room.

Short walk to bars/restaurants, clean, comfortable

The staff was very fruendly and helpful. I was surprised there eas not a microwave or minifridge in each room. Nor was thete any type of continental breakfast.
