Very good clean quite and relaxing great place to just be to yourself or even take the family

I did find a curly hair in the bathroom shower on the tile (gross) other than that the room was fairly clean. I wish their was the standard air conditioning thing in the room but instead it was more like a vent and i like the sound of a fan at night so thats a big no for me. And you can only valet park i dont like that and their are no close by places to park AT ALL

Bartender was new and did not know how to make drinks correctly.

it was decent fire alm needed to b handled better

I was in town for a 1 day business trip. The hotel lobby was small and very pretty. The staff was professional and very friendly. The room was nice, clean and the bed very comfortable. Would have liked a fridge, however, there was a coffee maker with coffee.

I'm gonna go ahead and say this hotel had the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. I kinda had to stay away from it unless I was gonna sleep. Super comfy! The hotel is no doubt super clean and tended to. I noticed nothing dirty whatsoever. I felt the value was great. My only issue is that the only parking option is to valet at 20 dollars a day ( there's no other parking nearby). I understand they want to make money off the parking, but why not charge ten bucks if I don't want to valet. They charge five bucks to park to go to the restaurant, so why not five to ten to use their lot. That's the only reason I might second guess staying here again. Other than that, no complaints.

Good experience. The staff was friendly, efficient exceptionally helpful in meeting my needs

Friendly valet service and front desk check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable with free wifi. It was weird that someone installed a short toilet seat for a long toilet. The hotel was full from another event, but we weren't disturbed by any noise. There's no fitness center.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. Now it's located in a part of Detroit with few attractions. It's kind of sad really. Wifi was completely unusable My room bad a bright light shining into it all night. Thankfully there were blackout curtains so it didn't bother me, but I do like having the ambient morning sunlight wake me up. My ironing board was incredibly ratty and it was near impossible to iron clothes. The TV was an old crt model, though there were a lot of channels.

Overall, this hotel is very good, even the hotel is very old........................................................!

Great hotel, went to the tigers game, everybody was friendly!

Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly and the entire experience was very accommodating. Easy check in and check out process.

Great rooms, great service. Only problem was cab services other then that great experience!

Very friendly hotel! Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable!

We booked this hotel for a concert at Joe Louis Arena. We couldn't have been more happy with it. From the ease of check in, the staffs more than helpfulness to the comfortable beds! It was an A+ experience and we would be happy to stay again when in the area.

I accidentally left a $100 Fitbit bracelet in my room upon checkout. When I called to see if it had been found, I was told that they had set it aside in an envelope with my name on it. When I went to pick it up the envelope was empty and management had no explanation for it. Clearly a theft on staff so keep your belongings close to you when not in the room. No offer of replacement or anything - I would expect more from this hotel.

Easy check-in, makes sense to valet vs. trying to find parking, easy access to most everything you'd want to do in Downtown area if you're driving. Perfect location for what I was doing in Hamtramck. Easy on/off from both the Lodge and I-75. Definitely would stay again if price is right.

Every single staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful. They did everything possible to make my stay great. The staff is exceptional!

Old hotel, which shows. Need to update TVs. Otherwise, good value. Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

We stayed for the Detroit marathon. Not a great location due to the number of runners, but it would be great next time for a trip to the Fisher Theater or the Court of Appeals. The staff was great and allowed a bit of a late check out so that we could clean up after our run. A nice perk. The room was clean and updated. We would return.
