Had a puddle in my carpeted room from ac and had a shower that sprayed into the vent giving you bits of mold with your shower

No microwave, dimly lit restroom(made it hard for shaving. Awaken from a restful sleep late night(early morning) false fire alarm with no apology from management

Our room was run down and dated. Also our bath room area was in dire need of repair

Great location with the Q Line. Rooms are extremely warm; broiler heating system and it was very warm. $20.00 additional for parking in the area of Detroit seems VERY unnecessary!

Ran out of hot water, power and lights constantly flickering, furnace was stuck on, building maintenance has an irregular schedule over the weekend so it wouldn't couldn't be fixed.

Convenient location, nice hotel. Staff was friendly.

Heating and cooling system didn’t work. No hot water for two days during my stay. Walls are thin and conversation could be heard in room nextdoor.

Bed was sqeeky and not very much hot water, the cleaning people were very load at 9am our checkout was 11am

Very good clean quite and relaxing great place to just be to yourself or even take the family

I did find a curly hair in the bathroom shower on the tile (gross) other than that the room was fairly clean. I wish their was the standard air conditioning thing in the room but instead it was more like a vent and i like the sound of a fan at night so thats a big no for me. And you can only valet park i dont like that and their are no close by places to park AT ALL

Bartender was new and did not know how to make drinks correctly.

it was decent fire alm needed to b handled better

I was in town for a 1 day business trip. The hotel lobby was small and very pretty. The staff was professional and very friendly. The room was nice, clean and the bed very comfortable. Would have liked a fridge, however, there was a coffee maker with coffee.

I'm gonna go ahead and say this hotel had the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. I kinda had to stay away from it unless I was gonna sleep. Super comfy! The hotel is no doubt super clean and tended to. I noticed nothing dirty whatsoever. I felt the value was great. My only issue is that the only parking option is to valet at 20 dollars a day ( there's no other parking nearby). I understand they want to make money off the parking, but why not charge ten bucks if I don't want to valet. They charge five bucks to park to go to the restaurant, so why not five to ten to use their lot. That's the only reason I might second guess staying here again. Other than that, no complaints.

Good experience. The staff was friendly, efficient exceptionally helpful in meeting my needs

Friendly valet service and front desk check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable with free wifi. It was weird that someone installed a short toilet seat for a long toilet. The hotel was full from another event, but we weren't disturbed by any noise. There's no fitness center.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. Now it's located in a part of Detroit with few attractions. It's kind of sad really. Wifi was completely unusable My room bad a bright light shining into it all night. Thankfully there were blackout curtains so it didn't bother me, but I do like having the ambient morning sunlight wake me up. My ironing board was incredibly ratty and it was near impossible to iron clothes. The TV was an old crt model, though there were a lot of channels.
