I understand being short staffed, but the line for check in was outrageous. I go to check in and I had originally reserved a king bed room. They tell me they don’t have any king rooms available. My boyfriend is 6’6” and doesn’t typically fit in a queen bed so this was disappointing. They get me a queen room instead with no accommodation for the change. I’m sent on my way and get to my room. The TV is blasting. There are to-go boxes and garbage everywhere. The bed is not made. Thank god that guest had checked out, but what if I had just walked into a taken room with a guest there? I sincerely thought there was someone there. I gather my things and go back down to the lobby where the line is still extremely long. I skip the line and go to the front letting them know I was sent to a dirty room. Another guest walks up to the counter and says the same thing. At this point I’m disgusted. I feel dirty. The person working the counter did not apologize once. She took my key, said something into a walkie-talkie, didn’t communicate anything to me and gave me a new key, again with no accommodation for what I just experienced. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend. I actually can’t believe how terrible the customer service was.

Brandy at the front desk was amazing. She greeted me with beautiful smile. Check in was a breeze and she helped arrange transportation for me.

Great views of the city from the 23rd floor, clean room, and polite and helpful staff. :)

Service at breakfast was unorganized. We stayed during Autorama and they didn’t have enough staff in the bar/restaurant. They were running out of certain liquors on Friday night, knowing the volume of customers coming, and not getting more stock until Monday or Tuesday.

Good: Loved the location and view. The staff in the breakfast area were awesome. Bad: The blanket was a slim rag. It snowed and the sidewalk was not salted. I asked if I could get room service breakfast at 6:00 and instead of saying “not available” or whatever I got a NO! Then in the middle of the night the ceiling on top of the tub started to drip. It was making a lot of noise so I put a towel in the tub. There was no menu available for room service in the room.

Nice hotel. Orbitz lost our reservation and they were no help at all. Hotel helped us out tremendously!

I liked the location, but there was mode in the shower, the carpet i thought need cleaning in the room i was in. The servicr was ok.
