Professional check-in service, and we were offered rom options - upper or lower floor, near or away from elevator, bridge view, etc. Room was very clean and spacious. We only stayed one night but it was great. Expedia mentioned a continental breakfast but the hotel said they didn't offer this. It was fine, but I just wanted to mention it so others (including Expedia) would know.

The young lady was very pleasant but it was slightly annoying to have to scan my card several times before it processed the payment. The room is nice but downside is we can't sign in to prime to watch the football game and the robe in the room is dirty.

Beautiful hotel; clean, modern, safe, with stunning views. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was incredibly kind. The only thing I didn't like was the choices of food, very limited to one steakhouse/bar and a food court. The mornings were awfully limited and expensive.
