Nice size room and bathroom. Bathroom floor dirty with hair on floor, needs a hot mop. Carpet needs to be cleaned in bedroom and hallway floors dirt embedded in carpet. 3 rooms with garbage outside door at 5:00p and when we returned 3:00a the garbage was still there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Motorcity Casino Hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which was much appreciated after a four hour drive from Chicago. I didn't have to wait for my room to be ready and loved the complimentary VIP parking that was offered. I came into the city to visit Dittrich furs and watch the Shields vs Crews-Dezurn fight and the hotel accommodated both. The front desk woman I checked in with printed out the directions to Dittrich Furs and also recommended some other fur stores to visit. I also greatly appreciate that there was a shuttle van to escort guests of the hotel to and from the event. All in all, I am looking forward to staying here again when I return to Detroit and also recommend others stay here as well!

This is by no means a 5 star hotel . The rooms are old and outdated with not so great lighting . The staff was ok and the crowd is suspect . Expensive for what it is

Staff was good, they did allow an early check in and a late check out. For being a multi million dollar establishment they could do way better. We stayed in 631 a $250+ $50 deposit refundable room. We did not receive the bathrobes in our room to use for the stay. 1 pair of slippers for 2 booked guests. Our bed linens had stains everywhere, pillow cases, fitted and flat sheet, duvet cover, N A S T Y!!! The carpet had several burn marks and unattractive staining. WE WERE SHOCKED!!!! I expect conditions of this level to be from an "hourly rate" MOTEL.... I was disgusted. We chose to not say anything due to being sold out because of the boxing match we were in town for. Hotels.com you should drop this business before lack of presentation rubs off on your name.
