The room was great. The staff service was decent - valet and greeters seem a bit uninspired and housekeeping missed some spots/left bits trash in a corner of the room before I checked in. Otherwise the location is great and the room is well-sized.

All rooms are recently remodeled, it’s nice now. Bellman wouldn’t take no for answer and took our bags to room lol, nice gentleman. Valet was quick , it’s a great location and now that it’s all remodeled it’ll be a place I’ll stay at more often.

Staff was attentive. However, the rooms feel outdated. I paid extra in order to have a sauna tub and the tub was filthy. They gave us another room and the sauna tub in that room was also dirty. I understand its hard to keep rooms clean in a big place but the cleaning didn't seem very thorough. Would not recommend this place.
