This is a convenient hotel in Greektown. I was pleased with the valet parking.

Enjoyed my stay however after I checked in some painting was being done in the room as we arrived.

Beautiful architectural features and decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very Clean room. Enjoyed a soak in the nice tub. Great convenient location. Walked to RenCen and Opera House. People mover outside the door. Felt safe enough walking around. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience! Stayed for a night for a concert ah Foz Theatre. Friendly check in staff, beautiful room, lots of dinner options around, free shuttle to and from theatre. Everyone was friendly and performed their jobs quickly and efficiently. Will stay here again!

Within walking distance to everything you want to see in Detroit- gorgeous facility and great staff

Best bang for your buck! Room was spacious, clean and reasonably price. The doorman on Saturday morning charged me $10 for 2 - 2 packs of Advil. I’m quite certain it was a scam but other then that the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service made things very easy for going to the Pistons Game. I’d definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights, with my 6 year old. First night on the 9th floor, I was awoken to rats in the wall. Yes I know it sounds crazy but it was an unmistakable (rat) screeching and rustling relentlessly for about an hour. Upon switching rooms and confronting the manager about it downstairs, he gave me a look like I was crazy and didn’t offer any sort of compliments on behalf of the hotel or even a sincere apology... I mean come on... rats in the wall... that’s pretty upsetting/disgusting to a hotel guest. The second room I switched to reeked like cigarettes (I’m allergic and quickly suffered from a sinus headache), so needless to say I switched again. During all of this room switching, I happened to notice an inconsistency with the locks in the rooms. 2 rooms had the big swing over locks, and one didn’t.... after reading some reviews about theft at this very hotel, I felt that it might be a no brainer for the owners to make sure they combat the reviews by having these big locks on the door in not just a few rooms but every room... this place should be $100 a night instead of $145... room service food was garbage and so was the free “breakfast” we got all excited for.

Every staff member we had an encounter with was friendly, patient and helpful. We'll definitely return!

No cots available, fish bones walk thru closes at 2 am. Other than that our room was great and we had a good time.

Staff was pleasant but the hotel couldn't accomodate guest for the heating up food. No microwave. Also, for this facility to five star. Why no robes???/

Great! No problems.Notbing more to add, but apparently I need to write more. Okay, again, no problems, good staff, etc.

We valeted the car, didn't receive the ticket. The bathroom needs help, peeling paint, toilet seat missing eyelets, hook on bathroom door missing. Overall needs help. Key card didn't work in the door, someone came and told us how to make it work, pull the door towards you, slip in the key card and pull fast. Shouldn't have to do that. For the price of $200/night, very disappointed. Long in the tooth - updates needed!

My Advice: Don't Valet park your car. I left my Burberry sunglasses in the car. They were stolen from the valet guy I tipped. Who the heck steals from you after you tip them well? Be careful! I was a regular (3 separate trips booking multiple rooms) and on this specific trip booked 3 rooms. I guess I won't be staying here anymore.

This hotel saw its last update in the seventies and it was most likely cleaned that time. The sink was broken, the table and doors are greasy, the tv would get better reception with a metal hanger. The bathroom had urin on the floor and the corners are dirty. This heater is noisy, the matress too soft and loud and I was afraid not to catch any bedbugs. It was a disgusting experience and I would never visit this Hotel again. I had better experience in a motel 6. Hard to believe this hotel has any stars, hard to believe they charge over $100 for a room since I would put a $49 value on it. Horrible, disgusting, filthy are the best words to describe it.

didnt take long to get me into my room staff were very hospitable rooms were really clean and room service was very nice and patient will go back again.

Hotel was wonderful but Leo the hotel manager was as rude as rude comes. His customer service skills were horrible

Never cleaned my room. I had to call for towels and forgot the face cloths. Wake up call was 15 minutes late Strippers in the lobby

Not many people in the hotel the week before Christmas...Never the less, we were given a room facing the Casino and the train rail. After asking for a different room, we were upgraded to a suite! Go figure. This is yet another example of the world wide hotel business axiom; "Give the poorer room away first, leaving the good room for the demanding customer..." Keep this in mind folks! Be fussy...

Located close to Casino, transport, restaurants and bars, concierge staff excellent, facility clean and room great for our needs.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and the following weekend - and heard every sound made in the rooms above and beside ours. You name it, we heard it! The room was decent for the price paid, but could have used a good cleaning and fresh paint. The staff were sort of a Jeckyll and Hyde bunch - sometimes terrific and helpful, other times rude and dismissive.
