Great rooms, great view
I paid $420 for a premium room. The room in the picture was a corner. The room that I got was nothing more than a standard room in appearance. When I checked in I was told that they were full and this is the room I get. It looked like your standard Holiday Inn. I was told because I booked through a third-party, Orbitz, this is my room. The money was taken out of my account when I booked the room. I will not use Orbitz again and I will not stay at the Westin book Cadillac again.
The property seemed overwhelmed and could not provide good customer service. The only persons who greeted and helped us where the room cleaning staff. Everyone else looked too busy. Had to self-park, which led to being charged for non-existent valet service. All this for $500 one-night stay - it was disappointing. Totally understand that the pandemic has affected service levels, but at least be honest with customers given the price point and expectation.
the room was very clean and comfortable .the bathroom very spacious.
Great location
All good! The only change that I would make is that the temperature control in the meeting rooms was not good.
It was very nice, clean and I love the historical architecture and venues.
