The house was very neat and clean. The photos made the house appear larger. The rug in the living room is a trip hazard and the railing to the front door and on the stairs needs re-enforcing. The issue was that the access information was not given in a timely manner! Although the host said he emailed info I went through all my emails and never found the information. Left several voicemails on phone number. Finally thirty minutes after check in and contacting customer service I was contacted by host with access information
